The worst company I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. My 92 father left in a manuscript, decided not to go ahead. Trying to get it back, phones not working, broken promises to leave in reception. The manager now has just verbally abused my father, I rang immediately and was told the manuscript was in reception, it’s not. I am sitting here waiting, no answer on phone. DO NOT EVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM
This company is associated with Publishers House. Do not trust. I tried talk to the consultants online, who are the same agents as Publishers House, they ignored my questions for a refund. I made several attempts to speak to them. As soon as they realise that you are not a potential new customer they stop answering you.
My experience has been unbelievably poor to such an extent that I've asked for my money back. My overriding impression is what is known in Scotland as 'all fur coat and no knickers', in other words its a flashy website but there's no substance to it. If you have hours to spare you might be able to find someone to complain to like customer services but I had to resort to making my complaint to their new CEO as he seems to be the only person who is willing to provide any contact information. I wanted them to build me a website but I've now given up because it seems they are incapable of doing this. Avoid them or use them at your peril!!!
