A deception criminal written two book service contract, which was written for all publishers to follow through purposeful mistakes, through their publishing negligence of all publishers used. Who all produced destructive productions of book 1 with no services given to book 1 - to actually destroy my books, my author name, my royalties given and my healthcare agenda to save the healths and lives of healthcare patients.

There was inhumane immaturity practised by the manager who laughed through sniggering at my mothers death!

The negligence and productions of book 1 which was also practised by this childish manager.
They have stated my book 1 is ready for publication. There was two books in is contract agreement neither books are ready for publishing.

I had an assurance written into my contract that defrauded myself into the breached entire contract agreement with the criminal manager and 3 other dishonest publishers used, inclusive of all negligent publishers used and the prolithic criminal injustice of the childish manger, the coaching manager of these crimes.

Also coacher of my contract also promised me a refund, then the childish manger stepped in to deny my refund through his criminalities and his criminal deception review of his entire lying deception process,

They, all publishers were ignorant they did what they wanted to do and not what was agreed.

If you value your books and work stay away from the criminalities practised through publishers house!

This assurance that was only part of the many breaching's of the contracted service agreement, it was to receive a full refund from publishers house if standards were not met. This was part of publishers house agenda to never publish my books and to destroy book 1 and book two and to destroy my royalties given and my healthcare agenda.

Many criminalities have been practised by this criminal and negligent publishers house. Even the review of the entire process was full of lies deceptions and blatant untruths.

This company Should never be trusted as it is a criminal deception contract writing company, a criminal never giving editorial services of in-depth editing, proof reading and word refinement across book one.

None of the editorial package was given to book2.

The covers were third best quality.

The illustrations have labelling errors, some were copies of what I provided to publishers house, when it was stated by myself to make these illustrations my own.

My books were left in a state and publishers house told me they were ready for publishing, so many lies practised by publishers house.

Their was publishing misconduct and negligent publishing productions practised by this extreme criminal service of all areas of the contract which were all breached.

Publishers house had planned this criminal service, I can prove this with the deception contract and the negligent productions of book one and book two has not been touched or even attempted to be given many of the contracted services to it!

The deception criminal fraudulent contract was written by the criminal contract writer - Designation. President : which allowed all the criminal negligent publishers to follow the deception of mistakes written into the contract to practise on me to defraud me the sum of £7500:00.

Then they tried to defraud me a again

Be very cautious and careful, publishers house makes many false promises through the entire publishers used.

They also tried to defraud me a further £5000 for two audio books, while they would also practise their negligent productions of these audio books. To keep me in a revision loop cycle and to achieve destroying my books, aswell as audio productions, through the criminal deception of mistakes written into the contract agreement.

There is not a negative 1-100 rating so I cannot rate this criminal, fraudulent given service honestly, I apologise for this. All that publishers house gave to me- I wanted to leave this service with my refund- publishers house wouldn’t even give me my assured refund through the lies, deceptions and significant negligent and criminal productions of dishonesty through childish mang and all publishers used at this entire extreme criminal service throughout.

Even the web search is a deception lie: it states -leading Uk- based publishing company.

It should however state: leading criminal deception service of vast crimes practised through our criminal service company!

Stay away from the criminal publishers house.

The worst experience ever! They stole my money, the books had huge mistakes and I had to send them back for corrections and my novel was never corrected and I needed to pay another person to complete it. I was receiving every day promises from tge account manager, which were never kept and I never got any reply from the General Director (I was told he was the GD but not sure since I never met any of then) who is supposed to be the.....manager.... When I asked to go and meet them, they said they don't allow customers to visit their offices! There are so many red flags that I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away. Now my case must go to the court which will cost additional money.

Their marketing strategy for my business leadership book was data-driven and effective. They secured me interviews on key industry podcasts and placed my book in relevant online stores I wouldn't have accessed on my own. A truly comprehensive service.

I needed to publish my late father's collection of poetry. The team at Publishers House UK handled the project with such care and respect. They produced a beautiful, high-quality volume that our family will treasure forever.

I lost complete confidence with PH as they took too long to turnaround my changes, made far too many basic errors which resulted in re-work. I ended up, finishing the work myself and publishing on KDP without their assistance.

I got the impression, after being taken on, the work was outsourced to low cost non-UK based countries where the quality dropped dramatically.

They promised to help me with marketing and SEO but did not.

Generally a glorified typing pool - so avoid!

I had a niche non-fiction manuscript on local history that larger publishers rejected. Publishers House UK saw its potential. Their expertise in targeted marketing meant my book found its audience, and it's now a recommended text in several local schools.

As a first-time author, the publishing world was daunting. Publishers House UK guided me through every single step from editing and cover design to marketing and distribution. Their team was supportive and professional, making my dream of becoming a published author a reality.

Actually look at what their website shows and states. As of 29/11/25 it shows a picture of a book titled The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe - however, research it for yourself, publsihershouse.co.uk has not published this book.
As for best book publishing company with award winning portfolio and mentions The Booker Prizes - research if any of their books, have any been awarded a Booker prize. After £6,800 was taken from myself by them, with no materials I could publish as to a professional level, nor any audio books paid for nor any copyright deal paid for - I complained to them their website had information that was incorrect and inaccurate - they changed their website the next day. Please do your own research so you do not pay high sums of money and are left without professional material you can use whilst needlessly wasting time, money and high anxiety levels.

This company promised to print my book and took £1,500 up front. They then pushed me to Amazon KDP because they don't actually print books, taking another £450 for this service. After countless promises of proof copies, they admitted they they only do that once the book is live on Amazon, by which time it's too late to veto any mistakes. They ruined my book by changing the aspect ratio, making my circular record label images elliptical and the square record covers became oblongs! The print quality was dreadful and I removed the books from Amazon to protect the reputations of all involved. They also got their sums wrong promising me royalties of £20 per book, when in fact it was just £2. They did not answer my request for a refund. They also had the cheek to contest my first review on Trustpilot. I have nothing to show for my investment with this company but disappointment and one inferior copy of my book in paperback

Publishers house as been amazing helping making my first book they gave great illustrations and guide them me through the process.I would recommend publishershouse to anyone who is looking to write a book in the future but don't know where to start from.

Publishers house is an excellent service to use for book publishing and copyright protection. Working with the service was an excellent experience though we had our moments of difficulty, regarding procedures, but they never less than delivered an exceptional experience of service working diligently to get authors vision across clearly from cover art, editing manuscripts, proofreading to formatting the author work to their idea. Also copyright registration which sometimes can be tedious in some cases scenarios and sometimes due to the fact the service is doing it on one’s behalf as a third party which in communication with the copyright office rather than the author. Author somethings can get fatigued waiting and can’t get a direct and clear response to why it’s taking longer than expected but no need to worry publishers house is there for you and they always deliver…
