Absolutely appalling and exhausting experience. I have repeatedly reported antisocial behaviour, constant dog barking, dog urine in the hallway, dog poo in the communal garden, racial comments and abuse, yet nothing seems to be properly addressed. The dog has even barked at me and jumped on me.

Large household items, rubbish and smelly bins are regularly dumped in the hallway, sometimes outside my door, blocking communal areas and creating a potential fire risk. In fact, while I am writing this review, there are several items dumped in the hallway right now. Residents seem comfortable doing this because there appears to be little monitoring or accountability. Unless I report it, nobody seems to check.

Despite a clear “No Dogs Allowed Except Guide Dogs” sign, the problems continue. I even approached the team leader and received no meaningful help. My children cannot comfortably use the communal garden because of the dog mess.

It is genuinely exhausting having to constantly report the same issues just to have a clean and safe place to live. I feel completely unheard, and at this point my only option is to escalate my concerns to my local MP

Hexagon Housing Association has consistently failed to address serious anti‑social behaviour affecting our family. Violent incidents were reported to the police, yet Hexagon dismissed them as “children playing.” Evidence I offered was never reviewed, and important incidents were ignored.

I was even told to “consider other housing options” instead of receiving support. Investigations appear biased, communication is slow, and responses are often contradictory. We are also charged for lift maintenance despite having no lift in the building.

I have escalated the case to the Housing Ombudsman, our local MP, and Croydon Council. Very disappointing service
