MISTR Avis 

I am really generally pleased with Mistr. They are timely with meds, labs, appointments and fixing certain behind-the-scenes mess ups. Given the kind of business they're in (plus part of the healthcare profession), I'm surprised they're as good as they are. I really like my doctor, whom I've had for the past 4 years or so and some of their pharmacy support has been great about untangling some external bureaucracy when I started on Medicare.

My only issue with them is with communications. Specifically at the 3 month mark when I have a new prescription for PreP and PeP written. Without fail, iI get an automessage noting that they are unable to fill my script through one of their MISTR partner pharmacies - and ask for the name and contact info for my own. I provide it every time -- they ignore it - and then I ultimately get a surprise message from one of their regular partner pharmacies wanting to verify my address (which they already have). I'm not sure why I have to go through this drill every 90 days, when they already know the answer to the question. A waste of my time, which unfortunately degrades my overall experience with Mistr.

Fast easy and online like they say. They did everything.

WORST prep delivery experience ever!
it was supposed to be delivered monthly and every single month I confirm the shipping address, they never receive it, never send it, and I never get my prep pills. I received ONLY the first month and then never again. Suddenly, I need to get tested again. And never got my prep pills again. I already complained so many times and like an automated system, I always get the same message that I need to confirm the shipping address - which I do - EVERY SINGLE TIME.
If you really want a reliable prep delivery service, run away from Mistr as fast as you can!

Horrible customer service, they never respond. Incredibly frustrating. I would recommend using other services.

They are an absolutely terrible provider. If you can find a local provider that understands LGBTQ+ needs, I would strongly suggest that route. They make mistakes constantly and don’t do anything to stand by their work. They will force you to use their internal pharmacy, which is fraught with so many issues. I can guarantee you will have lapses of service and the amount the drop the ball to cause this should be and probably is criminal. If you aren’t geographically isolated, go elsewhere, you can do better.

Consistent communication, responsiveness and follow through. Ease of conducting business.

I’ve had a great experience with Mistr from start to finish. The entire process is incredibly easy, convenient, and stress free. Being able to complete my lab work with an at home testing kit saved me so much time and made staying on top of my health much more manageable. The staff has also been outstanding. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had through the process.

I’ve been using Mistr for a few years now and have never had any issues. The consultation was easy to schedule and much better than having to go into a doctor’s office. I recommend Mistr to all of my friends.

mistr is such a great company. they're always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, clear with communicating the status of orders, and genuinely want to provide the best service. definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a good prescription service.

Mistr is wonderful I have been using for 2 years and it is great. Easy test at home send and very quick results. Medicine sent right to your home quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend to all my friends and family.

MISTR is not offering anything that you can't get from your doctor already. The blood sample bag is especially cheap and you will need to buy your own lancelets and they still told me it's not good and to go to a lab, lol. Which was closed, without any communication from them.
Why go through hoops and loops with MISTR and in the end still get nothing when I can just ask my primary doctor 💊 without any of that cringe messaging and ads...
