The medical staff at Freddy make the entire process easy and humane. I suggest this site to people of all groups in society regardless of gender, or sexual orientation, or gender identity.
My only critique of Freddy is that while I believe it should market prep to all communities equallly.
The highest rates of new HIV infection in Canada statistically is in heterosexual cis gender women. So with the availability of the every two month Apretude prep shot and the approved not yet marketed just twice yearly Yeztuo shot for HIV prevention it’s imperative to have an all inclusive marketing push to promote these and other life saving prep options.

Other than that Freddie is amazing.

I couldn’t believe how fast Freddie processed the initial transaction. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. No awkward questions or the feeling of judgement on anybody’s part.

Provider was efficient Will still being kind and ensuring that I did not have any concerns about starting Prep. Thankful that this service is available, and helps take the stigma out of seeking this treatment.

Straight forward easy to use everybody's friendly supports there for you all the time so I highly recommend to use this to get your prep they actually care.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Freddie so far.

I came from another PrEP provider where the at-home blood collection had become difficult for me because my blood flow slows very quickly and I was being asked to fill a large number of dried blood spot circles. Freddie immediately stood out because they were willing to explain exactly how their testing works and offer alternatives.

Their at-home kit uses BD Microtainer High Flow lancets, which are the style that has worked best for me in the past, and their blood collection requires fewer spots. Even better, Freddie gives me the flexibility to have my blood drawn at an in-network lab if I ever can’t complete the home collection.

I also really appreciate that they can arrange off-cycle STI testing after an exposure instead of making me wait for the next routine testing cycle.

Andrea and the rest of the team have been responsive, patient, and willing to answer very specific questions. My consultation also went smoothly, and overall I feel like Freddie gives me much more flexibility and control over how I manage my PrEP care.

So far, I’m very happy I made the switch and would absolutely recommend Freddie to anyone looking for a more flexible PrEP provider.
