Freddie makes hiv and sti prevention easy and not something to fear or feel embarrassed about. So many providers make the experience usually unpleasant. Very big reason that many do not even try to even access care. Freddie is user friendly, and step by step fool proof! So happy it’s an option. My provider was so easy to talk to like it was a friend but informative as a provider should be.

The NP who assisted me was very knowledgeable, attentive and made me feel comfortable discussing subject matter that may be hard or awkward to talk about. She was personable and very understanding, no judgement at all. Great service!

Very simple process
Very simple process. Just completed the video call. I was nervous at first but put at ease quickly. Waiting on the test box for the next step. The video explaining how to use the test kit is silly but kept my attention, lol.

Smooth and Seamless process
Communication with Medical Staff was smooth and easy. They went through the whole process and gave me options and information for everything. The test key came pretty quick with everything you'll need and instructions on how to do it. Over all im really satisfied with the whole process. Sent my stuff in now I'm just waiting to hear back.

Providers are incredibly knowledgeable and leave no stone unturned when it comes to educating their prospective patients on everything from side effects to prior medical history of the patient. My provider was so sweet, warm, and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable right off bat. Proof that a smile goes a long way.
