Won 400 pounds, 200 hundred was from bonus money and the other was actual money I won wouldn't let me cash out intill I gave up my bonus money. When I did cash out 200 I needed to send proof of ID,for some reason I can't get in to my account now.i wonder if I will ever see my winnings go into my bank.

I decided to give this site a try, I played £65 at 50p spins, I played a malegaways slot. the biggest in game win I received was £4 and I did get a 12 spin bonus but received £0 not one win on it. it seems really low pay rates compared to alot of other sites, needless to say experiment over and I will not be returning to this site.

Awful service and awful customer service and care. Made a cash out request and was asked for documents to verify identify, including selfie with my id, utility bill, photo of card, letter with signature, ect... Received no confirmation that these documents were received so got in touch using the live chat and was told everything was fine and documents were approved and that the withdrawal will be processed within the next 48 hours. I then had my account locked because the bank account used was a joint account and the second person on the account has self excluded. I can no longer use the live chat as account is disabled, so used contact us form and have been told the same thing over and over again, and have left all my questions unanswered. I'm unable to upload any more documents to prove it's a joint account using the document uploader and cannot email them over because the emails provided do not work.

The emails they provide (care(@)heyspin.com and support(@)heyspin.com) do not work and email bounce straight back into my inbox saying

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error."

I have now raised a complaint through Resolver and will be taking the matter further with IBAS and the Gambling Commission.

Decided to withdraw my money and this is where the problems started. I was immediately asked for proof of address proof of card used and proof of identity.

I supplied all these items multiple times but every time an excuse came back as to why it wasn't sufficient. This went on for 2 weeks.

By this point I'd had enough so spent half a day on live chat which finally sorted it out and I received my funds later that day.

They will happily allow you to deposit to your hearts content but as soon as you withdraw they suddenly require more documentation than any bookmaker I've ever used (I've used most)

At first seemed brilliant had very good win of 7000 cashed out 5000 this was 8 days ago no money received spoke to support every day 2-3 time to get back you wil receive a email from relative department no email received send in everything that has been asked for was told they was all accepted 4 days ago an was now with payments but still nothing… spoke to them today an asked what’s going on because I could do with money as moving house an borrowed the money I won off a family member for my rent in advance an deposit so now need to pay them back an there reply was to close my account as I obviously have money problems which is rubbish hopefully I can update with better news soon 😩🙏😭

Awful website, often doesn't load. Joined as they had a nice welcome offer, had to get help every single step of the way, literally nothing works. I had to go on live chat 7 times yesterday, needed help to set up account, then needed help to deposit, then need help multiple times to place my first bet (just wouldn't accept it) then had to go back on live chat as bet hadn't settled hours after the match had finished.
