They just let me deposit 2000 over 2 days then stop me depositing a complete con stay well clear I’m contacting the gaming commission about this site

Very slow website, very poor playability, also hardly any features or wins, probably the worst site I have ever played on. Charges £0.25 to TOPUP and takes a £1 to cashout. BEWARE

I was hesitant when I read reviews online. But I follow scratchcard joe on Facebook who uses them regularly! I gave it ago and have withdrawn several times without issues. Would recommend fully verifying your id with documents, before depositing then you’ll have no issues with payouts. Can’t fault heyspins. Not had one issue.

Signed up to a bet promotion. Followed the terms and conditions exactly and when the promotion didn't arrive I question it only to find out hidden terms and conditions that wasn't clear on the promotion where paypal deposits don't count - despite them charging you extra to use PayPal. Awful company looking to scam customers. Avoid them at all costs because they don't operate with honesty or dignity

Beare bonus offers are limited to certain deposit methods.
Certain short price markets are closed, all open on other sites.
Site not the most easily navigable.
Plenty other players on the market I'd use before these.

Impossible to win on this site as odds are against you. Appalling customer service who are advertising a non valid email address as a point of contact. The only viable way to contact is through the live chat or contact us on the website, however no option to submit photographic evidence required in support of a complaint. Heyspin have failed in their responsible gambling ethics and deny sending me safer gambling limit emails, yet allowed further deposits. Also deny emailing saying they’d rang me to discuss concerns, yet no way of providing the evidence they require as I cannot upload screenshots of email in the contact us page. I’ll leave it to the relevant ombudsman and gambling commission to resolve since Heyspin take no responsibility for their failings and I anticipate bog standard response to my complaint. No reply to this review is welcome nor needed from Heyspin with the standard rubbish ‘contact us to discuss’ as you are aware. Criminal site, stay away folks! I'm in the middle of a massive complaint against this site, they've been reported to ombudsmen and ofcom. They take duplicate transactions from your account, then play dumb and don't refund them which is illegal and fraud! Then when i closed my account permanently, to which i have legal proof as i have a gambling problem. They allowed my account to stay active, an let me keep betting. I requested the funds that i bet after my account closure, to be refunded to which they replied they would refund. Since then i have sent numerous emails to them, but they no longer reply back to me. I've tried making complaints through their website, but to no avail. This company is fraudulent, they take duplicate payments and not refund them. And allow vunerable people to keep betting after they have had their account closed, i hope my complaint with the relevant bodies close this site down as its a total SCAM!!

You've been warned people, stay well clear.

I just thought I would come and write a review about this site! I had been kicked out of most of their games one night then a pop up message came up saying to download bla bla for the games so I did! The next day I had different things that had been shared including my bank details etc! I asked them why this would happen! For them to deny it was them but closed my accounts with them! If they had nothing to hide why quickly close my accounts ? I have emails etc proof I can send! I am in fact taken it further after looking at my bank and more money then I put in was originally taken from them and one of their sister sites! Also whilst playing I was kicked off a few games far too often! I’m kicking up a fuss with gambling commission to get this looked into as I’m not happy at all! With my passwords being hacked and money missing out my bank! If you’re really not happy with this site add me on Facebook so we can take this further! And demand the gambling commission do something about them!!

My mum signed up to Hey Spin before she read any reviews. she has been on the site less than a month. Her first deposit was £20 and she won 80. That was in her bank within 4 hours. I read the comment on here on thought i write one base on my experience on heyspin and other betting site , and i will say they are fraud and set to profit. 450pounds on one slot game and didnt get a winning more than 60p on a £4 bet.
