Great course. My tutor Tom was excellent and very helpful.

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed the course. I learnt a huge amount from it and feel much more confident now in my knowledge. My tutor, Tom, was incredibly supportive and helpful.

An amazing course, so flexible and fit perfectly round my 9-5 job. Everyone was so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure that you passed this course. Would recommend to anybody wanting to train to become a pilates instructor. HFE you will be seeing me for my reformer course very soon!

The course was excellent from start to finish. It was well structured, easy to follow, and provided a clear learning pathway throughout.
The workshop weekends were particularly valuable, and Lucy was a fantastic tutor. She explained clearly how to plan and deliver a Pilates class effectively, combining theory with practical sessions that helped build my confidence. I was very nervous at first, but Lucy was patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the process.
I also received excellent support from my support tutor, who was always available to provide guidance and assistance when needed. Overall, I found the course to be an extremely positive and rewarding experience. I would definitely recommend and will go with HFE if I decide to do any extra training thank you so much

Tutors were great Lesley and Issie - very knowledgeable, felt well prepared for final assessment and they gave some really useful tips. Very encouraging and built confidence of whole group.

As a personal trainer who has had my own experience of an eating disorder, this has not only helped me learn about myself but also learn the different types and how I can assist my clients who may have or are showing signs of an eating disorder. really informative course and great value for money!

The course was very comprehensive and professional in it’s content covering all aspects of what is needed to be a fitness instructor.

I am currently enrolled in Level 3 and I have been extremely happy with my experience so far. The program provides everything you need to feel confident about teaching Pilates to a very high standard. The content is comprehensive but it is presented in a way that feels approachable and easy to follow.
The quality of the video tutorials is excellent. They are engaging and pleasant to watch and they have a very personal feel that makes it seem as though you're there learning in person. The instructors explain concepts clearly and break down each exercise in a way that makes it easy to understand how to adapt movements for different bodies and abilities.
The applied anatomy and physiology content is also detailed and thorough and it's not ever overwhelming, which I wasn't expecting, because I have never studied anatomy and thought it would be much more difficult to learn about. I have to say I have really learned so much watching these videos and then reviewing because of how it's presented. There are even some jokes thrown in here and there! The manuals and videos work together really well, which makes it straightforward to learn the new material and solidify and review concepts either during or afterwards.
Finally, I can't say enough about the support from the instructors and staff. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever I have had questions, they have taken the time to listen and provide help and guidance. A special shout out to Eleana who has been truly wonderful.
I highly recommend this program to anyone considering Pilates teacher training. It is well structured and very professionally delivered. I feel it will give me the knowledge and confidence I need to begin teaching effectively. Very happy I enrolled.

Just completed my mat and reformer Pilates qualifications and can’t fault any of the process from the depth of the online learning to the in person days. I was always able to contact someone over the phone when I needed help and my tutor Dani was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!!!

Extremely patient and supportive staff. Training materials all of a high quality and easy to use. I found the instructions for the practical at the end very confusing, but the staff worked with me to ensure I was able to find my way through it all.

I completed my level 3 mat pilates course. The support team were absolutely incredible, fantastic at answering the phone, someone always to answer any questions. As someone who was worried about doing the course partly remotel, the online help exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to my support tutor Molly who was always so enthuasiastic an guided me through the course from day 1 all the way to completing my final assessment. 100% would recommend HFE for fitness courses!

Loved my in person experience doing the mat and reformer classes, as the teachers were always helpful, knowledge and helpful with career advise. The class participants for everyone weekend were so supportive and sweet, helping build confidence and mae the weekend fun.

Along with online support from Eleanor and Dawn, always available if needed and lovely to speak with.
