Fantastic until there is a problem
Fantastic at the beginning but should you have any reason to need to cancel they charge a ridiculous admin fee of £950 without explanation. Asked for detailed and transparent information about information SPECIFIC to my account which I am entitled too and was referred to the terms and conditions, and that was the only information I was given - unwilling to cooperate at this point, providing minimal information/lack of effort in responses

Unfortunately, your cancellation was made outside of the 14-day cancellation window, so costs will be incurred as per your TERMS and CONDITIONS.
The 2 payments you have made do not cover this fee, but yet we still emailed you as we have decided to waive the remaining balance as a goodwill gesture.

This is a great company to train with. The staff are very helpful and always available by phone or email.
The option to pay in instalments is brilliant and makes gaining that professional license alot easier on ones pocket.
The training school was also brilliant. They are professional on you because they know how much we spend and don't want to see us fail plus with this size of vehicle it's very easy for accidents to happen. So they know how to make you comfortable behind the wheel of the vehicles.
I would recommend HGV learning to anyone that wants to make the move to gain their professional license.

I would like to thank all of the HGV learning for helping me thru the process. From the first theory exam thru to all of my tests.id like to thank Richard for talking me thru the process and giving me the confidence to get my dream job. Richards carm approach and understanding to listening and help me thru the process really helped such a lot. To his colleagues such as Louise and Jason for helping and explaining everything I needed to now over and over as everything seemed out of reach but with these people at HGV learning they helped me heeps and bounds. I completed the 24-hour C+E Express…
I completed the 24-hour C+E Express course for £3299. The staff were great and responded quickly to my emails. They also provided a revision app. There were no hidden fees for me. The physical training was done with Robinson Training Services, and the guy I had was great. I passed in 6 days, but I’m still waiting on the recruitment email.

I pay almost 4500 pound for a poor service, I had my licence But I did with a different company the organisation it’s a rubbish and when you speak with them offer the sky when you got the licence they doesn’t care I had my licence nearly 2 month ago I didn’t get any call any job any interview, if you want the licence look other companies 1000 percent better than this rubbish, since the beginning you don’t get a full material to study the theory test I had to buy a book and other app to study, don’t waste your money and time

Thank you for your feedback. However, we feel it’s important to clarify the situation for accuracy and fairness.
This is not surprising as we have it documented on a telephone call of you stating that unless we provided a FREE CPC course and test, you would leave us a negative review, even though it was you that missed your own CPC training and test. We welcome you to respond if you believe this is untrue.
While we encourage all candidates to share their experiences, reviews should reflect the reality of the service provided and not be based on threats or inaccurate claims.
First off NONE of our courses are near £4500 so this is a lie.
Issue 1 – DVLA Application
You completed your medical with us but did not send off all the required forms. When asked why, you simply said, “I don’t know.” This caused a delay in your licence being returned from the DVLA.
Issue 2 – Theory Test
You failed your first theory test, and we provided you with a free retake. You later booked another test yourself because you did not want to wait during our busy period. On the day of the theory test weeks later, you called us angry that your test was far from your location, 100’s of miles to be exact. We then discovered you had booked the wrong test centre yourself, yet you blamed us.
Issue 3 – Practical & CPC Training/Test
You attended your practical training but tried to leave before your CPC training and test, saying you were unaware of it. The instructor reminded you, but you insisted you had not been told. We investigated and found multiple confirmations had been sent to you with the correct dates and times. When asked to check your emails, you found the confirmation yourself and admitted,
“I see it, it’s my fault, I’m to blame.”
We then explained that because you did not attend, the associated costs (vehicle hire, instructor, test fees, etc.) would need to be covered for a rebooking. At this point, you stated that unless we rebooked free of charge, you would leave us a bad review.
It appears your review does not reflect poor service on our part, but rather frustration at self-inflicted issues where responsibility was shifted onto us.
We always strive to support our candidates, but we must also be fair and transparent. With that said, we wish you the very best for the future
