They go above and beyond
Excellent customer service. Prompt responses to my questions including assistance with my order when there were technical difficulties. The customer service rep was understanding and seemed to genuinely care about my order. I appreciate the individualized approach. And of course the product is amazing and has been transformative for my cat’s eye health which is my primary concern. Thank you!!!!

The only problem I had was withUSPS
The only problem I had was withUSPS! Your shipping department did everything they could to get the shipment here to my home. The Postal Service had advised me multiple times that I was going to receive the shipment within two days.😂
But finally, I did receive the ear wipes which my kitty cat greatly appreciates! BobbT loves to get his ears cleaned every Monday!
So I thank you for your perseverance to get the shipment finally here!

Love this product
Love this product. I use it on my pets all the time to keep them clean and safe. The ingredients are all natural and won't harm my fuzzy kids.

Exceptional Products
Great company, great products, great for sensitive boxer. I especially highly recommend the eye pads. These may be for eyes, but they do work great for others areas too like under my dog's chin where he gets itchy and in between his paws. My boxer's chin was super red and within 2 days of using eye pads his chin no longer looked inflamed. Excellent Customer Service, and shipping doesn't take forever. Thank you guys for providing such great natural products.
