First time using this service
Easy to use website with clear instructions. Delivery quite late compared to release date, sadly. Packaging of boosters felt a bit weird but box looked perfectly sealed.

We’re sorry the delivery timing did not fully meet your expectations. As a pure online store, we do not receive stock during the prerelease period like physical brick-and-mortar game stores sometimes do. Our stock allocation is controlled by distributors to ensure fairness across retailers, so we dispatch orders as soon as stock officially becomes available to us around general release timing.
Looking at the Royal Mail tracking, we can also see there was a delivery instruction/redirection update during transit. Unfortunately, this can sometimes add additional handling time, especially when passing through the weekend, as Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not normally deliver on Sundays.
Regarding the collector booster box wrapping, we completely understand why it may have felt unusual. Some recent Wizards of the Coast collector booster sealings have varied slightly between print runs and factories, while still being genuine and factory sealed.
