Service from Marbell TCG is top class - the prices are great, the delivery is quick and efficient and the packaging is always well protected. They are also super quick and responsive with any queries I had.

Fantastic company. Found them while searching on google for tcg card products. They have some hard to get items with decent prices. Read some reviews on trust pilot which were excellent so decided to give them a try.

I was not disappointed. I made an order which was delivered quickly and packaged really well. Unfortunately my item was damaged by Royal Mail so informed the company with some pictures of the damage and they quickly responded and said to return the item back.

They also sent a free returns label and sent out a replacement item as soon as they received the item back.

This company goes above and beyond to help genuine customers and are a credit to the community. Will be definitely be looking to place more orders with them now I have used them.

Brilliant service, excellent packaging and stress free! Pulled my chase cards to which made this an enjoyable experience.

We had bought an Ultra Pro binder for a Christmas present, and the quality of some foil detailing on the cover was very poor, abysmally so.
I emailed Ultra Pro and received a very generic reply fobbing me off back to the retailer; I suspect it was a bot, but even so...
Luckily the retailer was Marbelltcg, who take their customer service really seriously. Their email was apologetic (even though it wasn't their product) and warm and human. They straight away offered a refund and this was deposited into my account that day.
I will happily shop with them again for anything Pokemon related, and will loudly recommend them to other parents of children into their Pokemon! It's fair to say I will also advise those parents to stay well clear of Ultra-Pro.
Good customer service shouldn't be this rare. Well done, Mabelltcg, and thank you.
