Great design by Tony Chatwin and specification of installation equipment.
Installation team left a mess in 1 room and left some tools behind. We had to clear this up, but our follow up with Energywin was thorough and done to our satisfaction.

Isntalation perfect. scafolding nightmare.... we require an inspectioin, broken tiles on dismanteling as they have admitted.. nearly five weeks to bring scafolding down. This is unaceptable and damage in process. please redress..

Solar panels from Eon…
The solar panel installation was well coordinated (Eon next) and so far seems to be working well but rather lacking in documentation for a multi-thousand pound system. All workers friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t export yet due to delay on DNO certification. Four weeks and waiting.

Good communication and explanation when…
Good communication and explanation when exploring our installer choice , had good reviews on line, good communication through the process. A big process removing existing heating system boiler rads etc with minimal effect on us. Pleased with our choice.
