Hifonix has come a long way since it started as a small electronic company. We started as a company that provided a wide range of innovative electronic products. However for a very long time now, our principal focus has been on High-end brands and products. We've now taken the strategic decision to specialise in premium audio, visual and hi-fi products. We aim to attract a niche market by offering quality products and offering a bespoke service to our customers. Our product portfolio may have changed but we still hold the same values as a company. Excellent customer service is still what we thrive for and our end aim is to provide our customers with their desired premium products at competitive prices.

The boss, who has strong personality with great passion in music, would be happy to help.
Treat customers like friends. They also have many limited products, do ask them before giving up.

I have been researching headphones for a while and asked for a portable solution. No hard sell, given time to listen to my own music. Amazing customer service. Decided on a Oriolus Isabellae IEM with a Lotoo PAW S2 headphone DAC. Throughly recommended from start to finish.

headphones cable scam
They tried to sell me headphones cable at CanJam London. They asked me to pay 600 gbp for a cable! It is a scam because cable doesn't affect the sound (like they claim).

Hifonix ... the HiFi Masters!
Hifonix are incredibly knowledgeable on the pros and cons of modern audio and HiFi systems. They engage with their customers extremely well and are solely focussed on the absolutes as far as bespoke quality is concerned.

First headphone audition
This was my first headphone audition and it wasn’t rushed or pushed. Studio is outstanding and the range of equipment not rivalled. I’ve been researching for some time but the ability to try your own kit with various setups vs alternatives is crucial to find what you like to the level your targeting.
Highly recommended and the coffee is also awesome!!
