Spoke to Neil Bainbridge at MS3 Friday…

Spoke to Neil Bainbridge at MS3 Friday and he recommended Zen Internet. I explained to him how much i had to rely on the Internet due to health issue and my now previous network provider i found 95% of the time I couldn't get the Internet. He said i would be connected by next week. The service i got from Neil was outstanding and i would definitely recommend Neil and MS3 to friends and family. He explained everything to me and then told me i should receive a call from Zen shortly. Sure enough within 30 mins they rang and was explained everything and my Internet was installed the following Wednesday. I'm extremely happy. Thank you Neil for making my experience easy.

Sam was great at explaining everything and reassuring me about my switch over. Everything ran quickly and smoothly and all staff at each stage were efficient and courteous. I have been very pleased with both the pricing and service so far

Really smooth change over. Sam sorted everything out for me. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended Sam and broadband service provided.

Had Zoe round to fix our internet and…

Had Zoe round to fix our internet and she was so lovely.
She explained why our internet was down and was very swift and friendly.
To have a female engineer down was great too! We definitely need more women like Zoe in this industry!

Fantastic Customer Service

Sam was great, went above and beyond to help, nothing was too much trouble, haven’t yet experienced the network he’s put me on to but if it’s anything like the customer service I’ve received then I’ll be extremely happy!
