The install took 3 attempts
The install took 3 attempts. The first one I can accept they needed a T apparently as there were too many lines from the box ok.
The second mistake was because there was no splitter because of the same issue.
I really do have doubts about the ability of ms3 and the communications.
The guy who did the inside install was amazing and tried to talk to ms3 to get the second repair done ASAP and was met with contempt and the attitude of these things happen. Not really acceptable for him and certainly not for me.
Really disappointed with the service 16 days to repair may not seem long but it is when you expect to switch and the second delay was down to the same issue

Guy came early around 9.30am, very polite and helpful.
Did what he needed to do in a reasonable amount of time.
Very happy with the work and left the job all tidy.

Polite, tidy and informative
Stefan made attendance to our house to install the required modem.
He was respectful to our property at all times wearing boot covers, taking away the leftover pieces of packaging etc and leaving our house clean and tidy following his work.
Stefan was polite and courteous throughout.
I would definitely recommend using the service of MS3 networks for your broadband requirements, you might even be lucky enough to have Stefan attend the appointment.

Faultless install
Couldn’t fault the install today, engineer James was polite and very helpful, helped re route installed cable which had been fitted incorrectly the the outside. No mess left either . Thanks James

Arrived on time. Explained everything fully and checked where they intended to lay the cable was OK as I have a lot of plants in front garden ! Very quick and efficient. Excellent !

I had a fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience with the installation service. Zoe was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
One thing I especially appreciated was how considerate she was. My wife had just finished a night shift and was asleep, and Zoe made every effort to keep the noise to an absolute minimum so she wouldn't be disturbed. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
She also noticed that something wasn't quite right during the installation and, instead of leaving, she took the time to investigate and make sure everything was working perfectly before she finished. It's rare to see someone so dedicated to doing the job properly rather than simply completing it and moving on.
Thank you, Zoe, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer care. You made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

A happy customer
Just had fibre installed and transfered from one provider to Zen. The MS3 technician couldnt do enough. He fulfilled all of his words when selling the product to me.
At last true customer service! I would defiantly recommend.
