Hand over and drop off experience were good. However persistent faults with sensors really hampered me getting the job done. Especially when the basket of the cherry picked got jammed at almost 9m up and a call out was needed to resolve the issue.

What can I say about these guys .
Have used them quite a few times now .. Emma G is an absolute legend and nothing is an issue .
Any problems are just sorted out , no hassle no ifs buts maybe's she just sorts it .

I liked the guy who dropped it off for me. The people on the phone were also very helpful. I hated the automation and shitty online forms to fill in with the pictures and extra added pointless steps to try and cut out people. It was long winded, and made me more stressed than just dealing with a person. You may think automation is the way forward, but the people who will be hiring these won’t really want or like that in my opinion.

Flexible and great value

This was a great way to hire a MEWP, collection and drop off was dead easy and the machine itself was fantastic, we needed the 20m working height to access CCTV cameras at a shopping mall in the centre of leeds and this machine was perfect for the job.
The van itself was great to drive as the boom on the back is made from Aluminium so is light weight, and will easily do motorway speed limits.

Their representative, Gary, was extremely helpful and clear with his instructions. He was also reliably at the end of a phone when we had some operational queries during the hire period. Very impressive service overall.
