First time using Height for Hire. My Agent was Emma G, and what a credit to the company she is, made the process so simple and straight forward. Excellent customer service before i booked(they answered the phone which is amazing these days!). They sent me a drawing with dimensions on it within five minutes. The pick and handover was perfect (i like to be early and Graham was there already). No drama with the vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Vehicle ready for collection, clean and full of fuel.
Helpful first handover with a very nice gentleman.
Machine drove well with no issues.
Next morning the machine developed a hydraulic leak from an outrigger, rang the helpline at 8am and an engineer was on route.
Leak bypassed as soon as the engineer arrived so I could carry on working.
Engineer had the machine repaired and fully up and running by 12.30.
I rang the helpline again to ask for extra hours to replace my downtime and Carol was extremely helpful, spoke to Dean, again a very helpful chap.
Dean apologised for our inconvenience and offered us another day free of charge.
On our returning journey we fuelled the machine to discover it had been very economical to operate, even with the ridiculous fuel costs at the moment.
The return process was very simple and easy to follow.
All in all I’m a very happy customer and would recommend and reuse HighDrive again!!

Excellent machine. Good price. As a first time hirer it was a little stressful picking up as there was nobody on site to assist. But got there in the end.

Hired to remove trees that needed taking down in small sections due to power lines and fiber cables. Went like clockwork and really easy to use. Will be hiring again.

I have hired the vehicle, my 1st time I used at the start obviously it was difficult , then I phoned the technical department more Thant 6 or 7 times and every time they assisted , job done returned the vehicle back , I will use them again definitely
