Highlandplushy Avis 

Habe zwei beschwerte, 24 Zoll Plüschtiere bestellt. Beim Bezahlprozess muss man erstmal aufpassen, dass man das automatisch mit Häkchen versehene Abo nicht bestellt. Wenn doch würde der erste Kauf günstiger werden. Mit diesem verringerten Preis wird auch geworben, ohne anzugeben, dass es sich um ein Abo mit laufenden Kosten handelt.
Trotz Expressversand kamen die Plüschtiere viel später an als auf der Website angegeben und man hat keine Sendungsbestätigung oder so per Mail bekommen.

Als sie dann ankamen, waren beide Plüschtiere die falschen, sowohl nur die Ausgabe in 16 Zoll, wie auch nicht beschwert. Vom Customersupport habe ich trotz anfänglicher vorgetäuschter Hilfsbereitschaft nie wieder gehört.

Alles in Allem kommt es mir wie ein Scam vor, bei dem ein billigeres Produkt als ein Besseres verkauft werden soll :(

Absolute Shambles!

Its a scam. Ordered a Highland plushy, received a small, beaten up toy that looks like a Yak having a stroke.

It'll go on my desk as a reminder to myself to check websites properly

If i could leave less stars i would this is 10000 percent a scam DO NOT SHOP.

Highland plush cow. I Paid for it 8 weeks ago and nothing. They even sent me a fake tracking number. Biggest scam going around.. cannot be trusted

Scam! Ordered the beautiful advertised 24" weighted highland cow with pouch. Received after 2 months a 7 inches broken cow with no pouch and such a low quality that I think it can't be worth more than 5 dollars.

Product is nothing like what is advertised cheap material fur coming off very cheap quality not like what is advertised at all

It’s a scam, they signed me up for a subscription without telling me. This company is a huge SCAM

I don’t even want to give 1 star but I have to in order to leave a review. This company is a total scam. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. They waited until the item had “shipped” before replying and said it was already processed. Items have not arrived several weeks later. Today I found they had charged me another $52 on my credit card. I emailed them again and they replied saying it’s for a VIP subscription I signed up for. I did not sign up for any subscription. Total scam. I will be disputing all charges with my credit card

They sent me a cheap stuffed animal with a battery pack inside.. it doesn't do anything. I ordered three highland weighted cows and did not receive them. The stuffed animal I got is so cheap it's not worth it

Terrible. I purchased the medium one and they never delivered my order, I already emailed them and nothing. I want my money back before it gets worse, seeing all these reviews from them makes me mad

First, I want to say that you can refer to this site as JadePlush or JadePlushy or Jadeplushie, they are one in the same. All a bunch of liars. As another said, I had to give one star to leave this review. They deserve a zero.
Took 3 weeks but dtr who is away at college, finally did get it. Unfortunately, she received something VERY, VERY different then what I ordered. They also charged me a second time (double what I paid originally!) and I am disputing that with them and my bank. I wish I could attach pictures to show you.

I initially purchased a product from this company, excited about the quality they advertised. However, my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal.

At checkout, I was surprised to find two charges on my account: one for a subscription that was supposed to provide a discount, amounting to $27, and another for the product itself, which cost $32. There was no clear indication during the checkout process that this subscription would incur a fee, which felt misleading.

After placing my order, I reached out multiple times (around 12 emails) to understand why I was charged twice. The response I received was that the subscription fee was valid, but I still had no tracking information for the product I ordered. My attempts to resolve this issue were met with silence, and when I mentioned reporting them to the authorities, they completely stopped responding to my emails.

This experience has led me to believe that this company is not trustworthy. I feel I may have been scammed, and I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before making a purchase. My experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

The stitching and material feel way more premium than I expected for the price. Feels like a high-end product.

Fraudulent website that charges your card without authorisation and never delivers. Avoid!!!

I have to give it a star to leave a review but they deserve none - ordered 3 large weighted highland cows… got 3 vacuum packed black & white rubbish cows - cheapest of the cheap instead. Currently trying to get a chargeback via my Visa card as these are scammers

Die seite ist ein Scam. Weder sehen die Plüschtiere wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Noch sind sie schwer. ACHTUNG! Es ist eine Abo falle. Nach dem ersten bestellen schliessen sie ein abo ab. Bestellen sie dort nicht!

Ordered a jumbo plushy, received a low quality, extremely small cow that didn’t even slightly resemble the one ordered. Absolute scam. Had read reviews on their website (which are fake), should have looked at Google as many others have had the same experience.

Buyer beware! This company made an additional unauthorized charge to my card, my original order is nowhere to be found on their website, they claimed to have shipped but tracking number says "none"....Google their address, it is a random house in Canada....this is a scam!!!!! Luckily I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be reimbursed, but please save yourself the hassle!
