It took forever to get it and it had a zipper pouch that was empty with no sented pouch. Poor quality! Total SCAM!!!!!

Scam. Avoid unless you want to throw away your money

I ordered something from them in September and still have not received it. I tried to notify them through their customer service and never got a reply.

Received awful quality goods, which they ignored my emails regarding. Then exactly one month after the initial purchase, they put through a second charge for even more money. Already in dispute with my credit card company.

I filed a complaint against Highland Cow Plushies / Highland Plushy, a business advertised repeatedly on Instagram, including ads for Highland cow plush toys and weighted capybara plushies.

On September 11, 2025, I placed an order through their Shopify website.

Amount charged: $108.00

I received an order confirmation email from store.

Within a few days, I received three shipment notifications, all listing the same USPS tracking number: XY2422349285PQ. When entered into the USPS system, this tracking number consistently returns an error stating it is not a valid USPS tracking number.

I initially assumed there was a system error or delay. However, no items were ever delivered.

I contacted the business in November 2025 regarding the invalid tracking number and missing order and received no response. I contacted them again on December 15, 2025, and again received no response.

In addition, I later discovered a second charge of $79.90 on my credit card statement from this business. I did not place a second order, did not receive any confirmation for this charge, and cannot correlate it to any authorized purchase. This appears to be an unauthorized charge.

Summary:

$108.00 charged for Order #39913 with no merchandise received

Invalid/fraudulent USPS tracking number provided

No response to multiple customer inquiries

The product shipped from China and took nearly a month to arrive. I was very disappointed when my wife opened the package! I purchased this for her birthday and it was supposed to be the 24” weighted. Instead we received a small toy looking cow that looks like it’s from the dollar store. It is less than 12”, light, and hair was falling out. I sent an email to the customer service contact listed in late September and still have not received any response. This is an absolute scam!

Never arrived and the tracking link doesn’t work. It’s been ages.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Order placed end of September, received the email to say my order was received. The tracking number is out of China and it doesn't look like it was ever even shipped. I never received my order and emails have been ignored. Now the website appears to be gone. Complete scam, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Scam! Charged twice. One from original order and a second random charge for a different amount. Emailed to question but no reply. Sent tracking link that doesn't work and no product delivered 4 months later. Not Happy.

Paid money.... Didn't receive ANYTHING. Ordered two capayara weighed plush toys.

Same as other customers, received small little cheap toy, then they said that was accidental, they will send the correct one. Which after months did not happen. Also they used my details to enter into a "subscription" which is not something I have ticked or signed up at all. Managed to clear that, but still did not get what I ordered.
Also I think they advertise same bullshit under other name, so will keep on scamming people. Highlandplushy has disappeared but plenty similar adverts.

Not delivered. Tracking showed no progress and did not update. Emails not responded to. They even sent an email asking for whether we had received the plushies (2) but the link did not really go anywhere.

Received a tiny scruffy highland cow when i had ordered the large weighted one...complained by email. The claim error and would send the correct one......then charged my credit card again!!! Claiming I had selected a subscription!!! Of highland cows???? I think not...after several emails of complaint got nowhere....and then Received an email Claiming my highland cow had been delivered....no it had not....so now after paying for 2 highland cows got nothing except original tiny.
And now they don't respond to emails

Never received the product. Tracking on package stopped working. Cant get money back. Do not buy from this scam

WARNING !! Now seem to be operating under Hugmates.com. Absolute thieves !! 3 items ordered & never delivered before closing down their emails and opening a new site. Instagram account has been changed to @hugmates. Change your cards before they rob you again !!

If I could give it a rating of Zero I would. DO NOT BUY, THIS IS A SCAM! This product is not weighted nor the size advertised!

PLEASE CONSULT YOUR BANK! We were charged 2x for one item ordered (never received) for different amounts And a reoccurring "subscription" charge via the credit card we used. Absolute scam corruption. Please follow up with your bank to make sure you're not getting subsequent charges.

Absolute Shite. Ordered what i thought would be this sweet plush hyland cow for my grandchildren. Received 2 of the most horrendous looking things that i wouldn't even pay .25 cents!! Tried to email for a refund and received an error message days and days later saying the email did not go through.
Dont waste your time or money - absolute scam. Wish i could attach a photo!
