Highlandplushy Avis 

Ordered a 24" weighted plushy and instead received what looks like an experiment gone wrong - a poorly made 10" non-weighted nightmare. Total scam!

Order two and never received what I ordered. When I tried to correct the order they ghosted me. Finally had to submit a fraud to my credit card company. Don’t order from them

Same experience as everybody else. They charged my account twice. This was a month ago. They keep saying items were shipped but I never get updates or items. Totally a SCAM!!

Well i cant give -0. A con of a company, signed me up to a subscription (lucky got out of that) cause what turned up at my neighbours door, only got it today after i requested to cancel before they even sent the plushys but got ignored. Well what turned up looks like its been on a bender the past month. Different colour, different fur, wonky eyes, hoofs on upside down. Not even my dogs want to touch it. So stiff it could be used as a doorstop i guess. I feel sorry for it.

I ordered a capybara from their Facebook ad and after a month and a half it hadn't arrived. Emailed several times. No response. Beware! They took two payments as well and we've reported them to our bank!

Do not buy, cheap imitation. Wouldn’t even give it to my dog to play with!

As per other reviews (I wish I had checked here before ordering!) this site is a scam. Advertises 'plush' toys but sends out ratty, cheap imitations. Impossible to get any response from them.

It is a scam, I ordered a plushy cow and they immediately ordered a second one the day after without my permission, because they had my Bank account from the first transaction. Both toys were never delivered to me. I contacted them via mail, but also never got an answer.

Absolute scam. I had read the reviews on the website and some on here, but tried it anyway (dumb, I know). It’s been over a month and i’ve received nothing. They stated I would get it within 4 days. I’ve tried getting in contact but after the message of ‘your shipping was delayed’ I was unable to contact them. The shipping has been stuck on ‘tracking info received’ since September 22 and i’ve emailed them 5 times since, but no reply anywhere. I just want my money back at this point, what a scam, drop-shipping shitshow this site is. DO NOT ORDER! I hate that these kind of businesses can just do their thing without any consequences.

I ordered the deluxe weighted cow and received this monstrosity instead. I reached out to the company and they said they made a mistake and would send the correct order and that was 9/19/2025.

Total scam, it took months to receive some cheap and nasty toy which isn’t even the toy shown in the advertisements

If there was a zero, that is what I would give. These are garbage. DO NOT BUY

It took two months before I got the highland cow plushy and it’s nothing at all like the picture. Scammers totally. Not holding my breath for a refund.
They replied to my emails when I asked where the product was but silence on my email for a return and refund!! Don’t buy here! Company shows Canada but they order from China. By far my worst experience with online ordering.

I paid $80 USD ($106 NZD) and ordered a 40" Highland Cow Plush from this website on 19 September. I received a tiny cow toy (a very small, cheap-looking cartoon cow) on 1 October that looked NOTHING like the one highlandplushy.com was selling on their website. I have tried emailing customer service, only for the email address listed on the site TO NOT WORK, and my email keeps getting bounced back.

I only discovered that I got scammed after doing a little more research. I have filed a fraudulent charge with my bank and cancelled my card, after reading that others have had multiple fraudulent charges to their card.

DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM.

Ordered 8/24 and received 10/4 and like everyone else not at all what was advertised. I emailed but not holding my breath. Coincidently I also received multiple fraud charges to the card I used for this order that has otherwise not been utilized. While I can’t prove it was caused by this company, the timing is very suspicious to say the least. Buy beware!! Stay far away.

I ordered the weighted capybara soft toy - it took a month to come and when it did, I was disappointed with the quality and how it was not weighted (which was the reason I purchased it). Definitely not ordering from this site again. Absolute waste of money.

The toy received in no way looks like the advertisement. Please don’t waste your money.

Total scam!!!! I ordered 2 x 40” highland weighted plushy for my grandchildren and received poor quality black and white cows - totally inferior quality and size. I have tried to contact the company but have had no response.
