SCAM! Do not purchase anything from them. I placed one order on the 8th September, then two separate payments for the same company came out on the 9th & 10th for different amounts. I'm have since raised a dispute with my bank to reclaim the funds.

My mum ordered 2 highland cow from this website. It’s been 38 days and you can’t contact anyone. It just shows it’s still in transit.
You can’t send an email to enquire.
She spent $120 on the bigger ones. These people are scammers

SCAM WEBSITE!! Firstly, it makes you think you are ordering from Canada, but shipping and support emails are all from China. You will never received what you ordered, and they will charge you extra saying ‘you signed up for a subscription’ even though your order confirmation states absolutely nothing about a subscription. Avoid!!

No stars was not an option- the thing they sent me is so scary. It looks like it needs an exorcism. This is a waste of money and time that I’ll never get back. Don’t buy.

After waiting more than the amount of time suggested still no delivery. My total price was $39.00 USD, somehow this translated into one charge of $113.57 and a second charge of $54.40.

I have attempted to reach the company via the links attachment to the order in my email and their website appears to no longer exist.

Horrible experience! I placed an order in August of 2025 and did not get any updates until late September when I had to reach out to someone and inquire about my order. I was told tbete may be delays so they would make up for it by resending a new one along with an extra one if I was willing to wait instead of getting a refund. Here we are in October and the item showing as delivered but I never got it. I have continuously reached out but now there is absolutely no response. They took my payment and I have no product. Worst service and definitely a scam!!!! Given a 1 star rating is too generous.

This company is a total scam. I wish i coukd give a zero star review. Hopefully people read these reviews and find them helpful. Ordered 4 things on september 20...got none of them. After reading reviews i am only wishful that i would at.least get my order like the rest of you did. 166 dollars down the drain. Hopefully these crooks get what is coming to them. I have contacted them 3 times by email and no response. It is ridiculous.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY Ordered x2 weighted 24'' Plush Cows. Received disgraceful scruffy looking tiny toy's. Wouldn't even give to my dog. Emailed them, they replied saying they sent the incorrect ones and would resend the correct items. Still waiting. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Definitely a scam

I have ordered from this company over a month ago no order has arrived yet and any emails I send ,no reply definitely think this is a scam company, and sorry I have placed order ,it was through a FB site,

Embarrassing. Just went to visit my daughter and saw the cow I shiped direct to her. It is TINY, scragly and ugly... nothing like advertised. Cringeworthy. Do not buy!!!
Also, it took nearly 2 months to be delivered, so 3 weeks late for her birthday!!

I’d prefer to award no stars. My order has not changed status since 9/22/25 (today is 10/24/25). In order to view the tracking info for this shipment, I have to download an app (17 track) that requires a weekly payment to track delivery status. I am now forced to work with my credit card company to push for a refund. I emailed the company two weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply. Do not purchase from this fraudulent company.

Do not buy, definitely a scam. I paid for a large highland cow and received a ridiculous stuffed cheap looking ‘claw machine’ like toy. Unsurprisingly no response from them.

I’m only giving 1 star because you have to select one. Do not buy from this site. They are a scam, they take your money and don’t deliver the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wish I read the reviews first! Absolutely awful. The item got delivered and it’s nothing like the photo.. I mean AT ALL! Do not buy from them. They don’t even respond to complaints. It’s a total scam.

This company is a scam. Ordered on September 22, they charged my credit card and I never received the confirmation email. I have tried contacting them several times with no reply. Still haven’t received any items. When I originally looked up reviews it said mostly favorable, obviously I didn’t look deep enough. Do Not Purchase! #betterbusineesbureau

Real bad. Waited for over a month and didnt even get what i ordered. Got a little squished cow but that was not what I bought and payed for. And now nobody is answring my mails and contacts. A scam!

This site is just one big scam. I paid €35 for an unweighted plushy and after I Emailed the company about this they said this would be corrected. Until have not received anything. Big scam!!!
