Our Cottage renovation required, new blind for back door glass window. Alan was very helpful in offering options and the final fitting of the blind. Very happy with the result. Would use Hillarys again, very professional service and high quality product.

Very professional service …
The ease of booking an appointment online and then the short wait for that appointment to happen with James your very punctual, efficient , pleasant and experienced representative who measured for the blinds and then returned to hang them 2 weeks later. It was all very professional and went without a hitch.

Ion and Mark. Great Job
Mark was our 1st consultation and he really did a thorough job and explained everything in detail. He didnt try push for more expensive products or designs and helped guide us on what suited our house and budget which was great.
Then Ion (advisor ID 315417) visted us and did the precise measurements and was really good. He went through everything and explained how everything would work. He also made a suggestion or 2 on wat we ordered showing that he actually cares how it looks and wants the best outcome for the client.
Finally Ion came today and installed our new shutters ahead of schedule and did a terrific job. Very tidy and had 5 windows fitted in a little over 2 hours and we are over the moon with the finished product so couldn't recommend Hillarys, Mark & Ion more. Really good, professional service.

I wasnt happy with design ,it wasnt explained how blinds would open also company went into my bank and took balance before i even got blinds fitted.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new shutters. From start to finish the process was seamless, and Ion (advisor ID 315417) is superb. Very helpful, responsive, efficient, his work is fantastic and leaves very little mess. We even got the shutters fitted earlier than anticipated!
Mark who met us first for the consultation was also brilliant - answered all our questions and was able give us an AI generated view of what the shutters would look like on our own windows. Top class and would highly recommend.

Brilliant professional experience
From start to finish this was a great experience.
Colin came and measures, gave great advice to help us select the correct blind, wihout any overpowering sales pitch.
Once blinds arrived, Colin installed them without any fuss or delay. Our room has been totally transferred
Our order number was 315283, and the agent was Colin Murphy.
Definately reccommend Hillarys, and if you get Colin, thats a bonus.

I had a great experience with Hillarys Ireland from start to finish. The consultant who helped me choose my electric blind, curtain and voile curtains was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process easy and enjoyable.
Gareth ( Montana 315366 ) fitted everything and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, polite, and completed the installation to a very high standard. The motorised blind and voile curtains look fantastic, and the quality is excellent.
I'm delighted with the finished result – they've completely transformed my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hillarys to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality window furnishings and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Disappointing service
After selecting and ordering the window blinds, we were effectively told that it was out of stock and we would need to be patient. We waited weeks with no further information forthcoming. On contacting the representative, we heard continuous delays and promises. After a disappointing 8 weeks delay with no follow up we cancelled our order.

Made to measure Roman blinds
I initially ordered some samples sent by post which was a great idea. Then from organising a call out to ordering Roman blinds and then fitting everything went smoothly and on time. Advisor Greg (Trellis 315425) was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the Service would highly recommend.

Two men
Two men, one who had travelled the world prepared us for making a selection, he gave advice and the computer conveyed all. We thought the original price was expensive so he did some calculations and we booked curtains for euros 2,300 (possibly a little expensive). The man from Moldovo was so efficient, he took down old curtains and put up the new ones, all in a short period of time. Thank you for the service
