Awful after sales service.
Initial consultation was excellent. Fitter discovered on the day that there was a piece missing on all five blinds and requested a replacement with the supplier and assured us we would have the replacement blinds within a couple of weeks. Two months later and after lots of chasing from me, the blinds arrived but the fifth replacement blind did not. This had to be reordered from the supplier. Six months after initial fitting, I'm still waiting for the fifth blind and am having to chase this constantly. One of the blinds has to be charged at least once a week and I'm still waiting for that battery to be replaced. What is alarming is that on the day of fitting, I was asked to leave a review on trustpilot which I did because I put my faith in the company. After sales service has been awful, considering I have not yet got all that I paid for six months later. I have emailed the head office directly but am not holding my breath.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. Everything happened on schedule. A little pricey. Ordered black out blinds for Velux windows but a couple let light in. Guy who fitted the blinds blamed Velux for their build quality which annoyed me a bit, especially considering how much i paid.
