Fitter turned up at the appointed time, having made personal contact in advance that this would suit. Did the fitting quickly and efficiently and was very tidy.

The salesman/installer was very professional and tidy in his work.

I was delighted with the entire process from start to finish.

Not good experience at all in Ireland , they don’t have available slots for appointments and often cancel the appointment and rebook after 2/3 months . I think they don’t have enough staff to work.

Love the blinds, appointent process was easy, choosing right blinds and installation was very well delivered by Advisor Manu. Overall very happy with quality of product and service!

I recently ordered a pair of remote-controlled electric blackout blinds from Hillarys and am extremely pleased with their quality. They are beautifully made, the motors work perfectly, the battery life is excellent, and the fabric and colour are exactly what I wanted.

Their sample book is extensive, with a huge range of fabrics, patterns and styles to choose from. My finished blinds look fantastic and I am delighted with them.

Greg (Advisor – Trellis 315425) fitted my blinds and was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about blinds and window treatments and took the time to understand exactly the effect I was looking for.

Greg took enormous care with the fitting and made sure everything worked and looked exactly as i had hoped. He was also unfailingly punctual, organised, patient and helpful. He also previously fitted blinds for my mother, and his advice when she was choosing her fabric was invaluable. She ended up with exactly the right choice and the finished result looks wonderful.

My mother and I are both delighted with the quality of our blinds and would happily buy from Hillarys again. We would both specifically request Greg (Advisor – Trellis 315425) for any future blinds, both to bring the sample book and advise us on our choices, and to carry out the installation.

My first encounter with Hillarys Blinds was through their website, and initially everything seemed great. Unfortunately, they didn’t have availability for any of the dates I suggested, so I had to call them back to discuss alternatives.

The woman I spoke to was extremely snarky and unprofessional. She asked what type of blind I wanted, and I explained that I was hoping to discuss the options with the technician, as I wasn’t yet sure which system would be best for me. Her response was, “Well, you see, we don’t choose for you,” delivered in a very patronising and irritated tone.

I explained that I was fully aware they wouldn’t be making the decision for me, but that I had assumed part of the service would involve being able to discuss the different systems and get some professional advice about which options might suit my needs. Again, I was met with another snarky response.

At that point, I decided not to proceed, particularly as the only two appointments they could offer were around two months away anyway.

A very disappointing first impression and, in my experience, extremely unprofessional customer service. I would much rather give my business to a friendly local company that actually values potential customers.

Beautiful blinds, excellent quality and extremely well fitted, very happy.

Ijust had 3 new roller blinds installed in my kitchen. The whole Hillary's experience was wonderful. My Hillary's advisor,
Tharmendran, made it all such an easy and stress free experience from the purchase to the installation. Highly recommend.

The blind fitter never turned up. No one made contact. Eventually after multiple phone calls it was discovered the fitter was on holidays! The replacement fitter then placed the blind in the wrong location and when he was contacted said ," I'm only the fitter. It's not the end of the world" . Never again.

UPDATE- 18th September - Hillarys have still not made contact or done anything to correct their mistake. Having paid over 250 euro I am still without a blind or any explanation. Stay away people! Go somewhere that cares.
