Confirming order experience
Had blinds measured by a rep from Hillarys. All fine. Decided to go ahead with electric roller blinds in kitchen. The rep doesn't reply to calls or text. Called the office get through to the UK office. Got the quote updated , replied on email to confirm to go ahead and they tell me if I want a quote to ring the office. I have a quote and want to book in the order. Very difficult booking experience, very poor customer service.

Stay away honestly
Stay away honestly. If I could post pictures of the mess I would. Multiple remeasurents, damage to the windows… really stay away and there is no way they’re going out of pocket. You pay for the crap product, you pay for the hassle. One star is a star too much.

Great experience. Love the blinds and curtains. Loads of options to choose from and consultant was patient and helpful. Installer was great too. Great experience overall. Would love a faster delivery time though

Poor communication regarding installation date
Hillarys gave me an installation date of the 3rd September. I took the day off work and when I messaged the Sales Rep to ask about an approx time he told me that it was not going ahead Then I called Hillarys themselves and they agreed that the 3rd was still installation date. Then I was assured by the sales rep that it would definitely take place the following week. It is now Wednesday 9th Sept and I am still waiting for confirmation on which day.
