Really disappointing lack of after…
Really disappointing lack of after sales service - bought a dog collar which I had less than a week before it broke. Hills told me to get in touch with the manufacturer as they didn’t stock that brand anymore. So zero after sales service.

It took 6 days for the order to be…
It took 6 days for the order to be dispatched in the first place, which I discovered when I rang them to ask why I had not received my order.
The person I spoke to was quite abrupt and not very friendly.
I will never order anything from them again.

Great place and highly recommend
Ordered dog food many times with them for delivery and has always been perfectly on time and great products. The shop is great and has everything you need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Free parking also great. Highly recommend this place.
