I can only speak for myself, and I must say I was worried when reading some of the reviews when I made a withdrawal request. I've had no issues at all, made first withdrawal of 2k and I got it within 30 hours, second request was 1k and I got it within 12 hours back in my account. Not the fastest payouts like bet365, but very reasonable. I actually won the 1k from the second time I logged in off 20 free spin bonus of 20p a spin, my luck was in last night. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is because the max bet limit is only 250 on BJ (what I normally play) and you can only sit in 1 seat, which is really bad if the shoe is in dealers favour and ur sitting alone. You cant open another seat to mix things up. This makes it extremely difficult to win major money (15k plus), unless you have an insane streak. The other reason it's not five stars is because the slots selection misses many of the major players in the market. Other than that, happy to play as I'm net up so far, and only played on the site twice. Luck doesn't lasts forever but it shined on me so far. To those who have problems with withdrawals or account suspension, more often than not, it's for reasons such as fraud, trying to create multiple accounts to get extra bonuses etc. When I joined, I didn't want to take the bonus welcome and luckily won 2k from a £400 deposit. I know that's not everyone who had an issue, but in your heart most know you've done something wrong. To those who have just been unlucky with losses, I hope it turns around for you soon.

I joined over Xmas. Went to withdraw and my money and my balance disappeared, I had to search for support after numerous attempts I contact the casino receptionist who were very helpful (no online support was available) after several calls I spoke to a manager where I had to tell them I felt like I had been robbed and was prepared to call the police and the gambling commission. Next day my money was in my account no explanation. I tired again and went to withdraw after spending more than an hour online I got the same reply that’s it’s been dealt with. No time frame and the agent was reading from a script. To cut a long story short they are giving me the run around and no straight answers. This is a cowboy casino and they are a bunch of thieves. If you manage to get some of your money back good luck. They take your money and withhold your withdrawals. If you’re not a member look for a better casino.

Avoid this casino! have introduced 'spend' limits which are unexplained and are in fact loss limits, remove deposit limits without justification or notification and have no care in resolving complaint. any casino that doesn't allow customers to be in control of safe gambling for the benefit of themselves should be avoided. i will be reporting to gambling commision.

The Hippodrome Casino is a fantastic example of modern slavery working. The staff are not looked after and the pay is pathetic. The managers are unfair and do not look after their customers. All that glitters is not gold.

Site crashed during a win. Am currently complaining about the denial of winnings but essentially am being put to proof that their site crashed and took back money. I pointed out that they would have all the necessary data - how could I prove it? - but unfortunately all of their engineers are off this weekend and on Monday 16th December which is a bank holiday apparently where all their engineers work. They will get back to me Tuesday at the earliest. Very disappointed. Will change my rating if they sort it out but for now it’s a one star (should be none if I was allowed to).

Bad casino I was register and started play whit bonus credits nd my deposit aswell .. very low low payouts games .. coz they are rent games 3rd party providers.its mean 3 companies makes profits from player after casino make profits from player than if left something in casino than u can get some win ..u guys I can recommend that before u register any uk casino plz ask before they rent it games directly genuine providers or from brokers... coz most of online uk casinos rent it game from brokers... sorry my English but I try to explain best I can .. Fraudulent!

Went through a cashback site to their online casino as they promised 30 cashback for a deposit of 30 or more. Deposited and played through the 30 but the cashback was refused. They dont give any explanation. Clearly a scam to get people to deposit. Shame really as I have since deposited over 400 with them after becoming a little too addicted to the games and would have probably continued spending money with them regularly in the future, so I suppose I should be thankful they scammed me, at least I know I wont be losing any more money with them!

PLEASE PLEASE! Do not bet online with Betway or Hippodromeinline.com. They are fraudulently finding loop holes to keep your money. They have a system where they penalise you and keep 64% of your money?? I had a £100 win which they confiscated because I used my partners card. After sending them countless bits of verification( over two weeks) they still can’t verify. Incompetence at its highest level. I told them to “keep it”, obviously they need it more. Please do not use this company online. I cannot speak for the land casino as I haven’t been, but online slots or casino etc. Steer clear. You want a fair chance to win some money online?? hippodrome land based is a great great great casino i lost a lot of money there too:) but online is really bad not only hipodrome but all in general... pay out rate is very very low you need to put millions in then if you are lucky you will get 100 back...
thats why i suggest everyone to steer clear from the online casinos and stick with the land based not only you are dealing with actual people... but also trustworthy sites...
I lost and i won on land based casinos the amounts are not very important I am a loser in general but at least there is a possibility of actual winning in real casinos... where as in online the possibility of winning 100 quid is even a small possibility let alone retriggers and great spins...

They have done major damage to my life , and it wasn't about money. they are evil and bad people. they don't respect their visitors/ customers and all they want to take your money as much as they can.
I have become very depressed and jobless as a result of what they did to me two years ago , it has completely changed course of my life.
