I have been seeing Alessio regularly since November 2020, due to tight painful muscles in my lower back and hip that made walking difficult . I have experienced dramatic improvements in my mobility and a diagnosis that I can work with. The care includes a thorough physical assessment with a structured exercise programme to follow through at home.
