after buying goods few times what I find that this sight is not really interested in giving any discount to the customers, sooner you make a purchase they send you a discount voucher which is valid for few hours what good is that after you have bought the supply for may be a month or six weeks.
if they were really interested in giving discount to their customers send them a discount voucher they can use with the next purchase
don't make a fool out of your customers

I don't want to discuss here the communications I send to my customers, there are different communication for different customers: there are a lot of customers who have used the discount you are talking about without complaining and they used it to buy a larger order and more products at the same time. If you don't want to receive these kind of communication I will remove your contact from the mailing list.

Also my customer service has been a little been slow due to the requests received but I've answered you with the tracking link to check your parcel and you should have received it at the beginning of this week.
