So far I have been on the phone two hours and no doctor the lady that intake asked me the same question four times which took an hour and a 1/2 told me a doctor would be with me.I've been waiting another hour and a half completely ridiculous

My daughter started an appointment last…
My daughter started an appointment last night. She was told she could leave the chat and providers would contact her....that was last night (before 10, closing time). She has not been seen and no one has contacted her nor responded to her since last night. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I would give this 0 stars at this point, if I could.

This website was very user-friendly
This website was very user-friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment to see the doctor online today and the doctor actually was ahead of the website and called me personally, very impressed. He was easy to talk to understood my needs and the sent over the prescriptions all within about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend using this website for your online medical issues/needs. It only cost me $10 for the visit with out insurance, which was a win-win in my book.
