HobbyRC Avis 

I have made many orders with hobbyrc. Their customer service, speed of delivery and value for money is excellent. They often are the first to have novel items in stock and are honerable with pre-orders (unlike many).

Ignore the fact that the website looks like somthing out of the mid 90's as they seem to be putting their energy into being a great retailer. I suspect they get enough business without making their site look really glam and up-to-date.

Good prices, delivered quickly, and the customer support was helpful.

I've spent a lot of money with HobbyRC over the last few years and never had anything but reliable and fast service.
Yesterday I ordered a pair of batteries and paid, order confirmed. Then later in the day I decided to buy and paid for another pair. Without me asking, HobbyRC put them all in the same box to save postage and refunded the extra postage. They arrived today! Great service.

Impressed with the service and delivered in parcel and the Lens within a little sponge padded box of my required part being a Runcam RC21M M8mm lens for my Hyundai i40 reversing camera, the cost is £11:70 (lens not the car) including delivery which is very good, the lens is top notch quality and fabulous clarity, there are big choices of Lens 8,10 &12mm diameter thread and this one looked near as identical to be replaced, you could get cheaper/dearer, HobbyRC have such good reviews, I did have a few emails with HobbyRC and always got a very nice and friendly response also received a sweat in the package.( In case you're wondering a camera unit for the i40 just the boot end number plate area a replacement is around £75 the Lens does unscrew obviously) so buy Lens from Hobbyrc.co.uk shop.

Great customer service and fast delivery.

I ordered a couple of switches and paid for first class royal mail. The switches did not arrive until 26 days later.
Because of this delay, which was no fault of HobbyRC, the cost of the switches was refunded to me.
Very good service from HobbyRC who were at all times very patient in dealing with a problem that was not of their making.
I offered to repay for the switches when they finally arrived today but Mike from HobbyRC said not to worry.

I've bought a few things from this store, delivery is always great and on time. Had a battery that was DOA and it was replaced with no issues.

I have had excellent service from Hobby rc.co.uk the window to contact is 11:00am till 2:00pm & the line gets frustratingly busy 😀 & in fairness when it's your turn for help & advice you realise Why, The help & expert 😉 advice is first class 👍 they are really patient to make sure you understand the answer to your questions & are extremely thorough to help I'm really happy with my Tx16 Max gold & within 3 hours my friend & myself got a model set up with telemetry using spectrum protocol there is lots of YouTube guidance also on open Tx the Sky is the limit with this amazing radio just lay it out on the kitchen table & learn to set a model up thank you Mike & your staff for great service.

These guys have hit Amazon Prime levels of delivery time. I ordered just gone 2PM yesterday, (ordered royal mail 1st class, expecting Monday/Tuesday delivery). It arrived on my doorstep before 10AM today.

I think the measure of a company isn’t their ability to process a card and a Chuck stuff in the post. It’s what they do when their is a problem. I have had only 1 problem with Hobby RC when a sealed box containing a quadcopter had a part of the VTX antenna missing. I spoke to HobbyRC and they sent the replacement same day. It’s all you can ask

Just about anyone can send a parcel out quickly when they take your money. It's the product support and knowledge along with a helpful attitude that stands out with the likes of HobbyRC. I had an issue with a radio transmitter, two actually, and Mike from HobbyRC was really helpful with getting the fault diagnosed and understood. It ended with a refund which is a shame, hence leaving this review. Will happily buy from and recommend HobbyRC again.

I've been shopping with Hobby RC for a few weeks now as i've just got into FPV drone flying.

I have to say both the products and the service have been brilliant! Superb communication and they provide tracking details right away. They also consolidate postage where possible to save you spending too much on postage.

Very happy customer that will definitely be going back.

They even send a bit of seaside rock to rot your teeth whilst flying ! haha love it

I ordered a Controller and forgot to order the battery. Seller added this to the order to avoid additional postage. Great communication, fast delivery and very happy with the items.

Avoid this store!! My tango 2 broke after 6months. The seller did not replace, did not repair. He says you used wrong it and blames you. I will never buy anything from this store again. I had to fix my radio myself.

I've used many different model shops in the UK, and these guys are definitely one of the best in the business. Great service, large product range, and a very well functioning website.

Used HobbyRC for a while now and always on the ball. Ordered 4x T-Motor 2203.5-2850kv motors for my Apex 4" yesterday, came today and are already fitted to the kwad. Best thing of all is that the motors were £3 cheaper than another leading kwad part site. Bonus all round then. keep up the good work guys and keep that stock topped up. Cheers.

Perfect company, been ordering with them for years and I have never had any faults. They are happy to help too as I had a few issues setting up my quad a few years ago and they helped me fix it.
