Product shipped out and arrived very quickly

Bought an item from this company on ebay but honestly, don't know if I would deal with them again.

Good points:
* Service was good and they sent the item out quickly.
* Good communication throughout the buying/sending process.

Bad points:
* The item bought (precision screwdriver kit) was clearly "cheap Chinese crap" (Nothing against Chinese people in general, all I mean is this is cheaply made, mass produced stuff ACTUALLY from China)
* Case has a spring loaded latch which doesn't work.
* Main screwdriver doesn't hold the screws in correctly / handle has a small crack in the plastic.
* Trying to get screw bits out LITERALLY requires pliers. Some of them, you cannot pull out with your fingers. They are STUCK in their holders.

All this said and done, I suppose I got what I paid for. Although there are much better quality kits for roughly the same price so, I guess I just crapped out luck wise.

Final note: I am positive that this company is a good (honest) one but the quality of the items they sell isn't that good :-/

I bought encaustic wax from hobby warehouse. And l am more than happy with my purchase. Prices are very reasonable. U can always add pigment so why buy the really expensive brands. This is a sensible option. So l bought all of them. I have a great collection now , all from hobby warehouse. And no, l don’t get zilch for writing my recommendation.

I have tried to buy a boat 6 times, now 6 cancelled orders. But the boat I am interested in is still listed as available on their website. I am still waiting for 3 orders to be refundef and 2 emails that I sent still haven't been responded too. They have also deleted my post off their Facebook page. It's wrong to continue to advertise a product if they can't fulfill an order!

I purchased a FNAF figurine for my daughter and she absolutely adores it. It's made of strong rubber and the detail is awesome. The prices are great and delivery is on time with the package firmly fixed in the box whether it be fragile or not.
