Virtually no comms and 3 weeks later, VERY late delivery

I tried to find out as much as I could about Holan before ordering a part for my R ninet, but could really only find negative reviews - late delivery, poor comms…
I thought I’ve give them a chance, so I took a punt on a small order anyway (a relocation bracket for my R nineT’s rear indicators - where the postage was actually more than the part!) - sadly I have found the negative stories to be accurate.
After ordering I waited a week for a dispatch notice. None came, so I chased - took several emails and Facebook Messenger messages, but eventually they told me it had shipped, on 11th June, but provided no tracking.
As of Friday 27th June it hadn’t arrived. It’s taken several more emails and messages (including requests for tracking numbers that were ignored) with little to no reply until yesterday I finally got a message with a tracking number… after a rather terse message from myself to as what the heck was going on!
They told me on 11th June it had shipped. The tracking I eventually got yesterday shows that it was not even received by the postage company until 25th June (2 weeks later).
As of 29th June, I’d still not received my order and their communication is virtually non-existent - when they do bother to reply, it’s short, unapologetic and ultimately unhelpful. So initially, 1 star. I might raise it to 2 if I ever actually receive my order, but would NEVER order from them again.
I feel sorry for anyone who has spent more money with them.

My order was finally delivered yesterday (July 10th) - unreasonably slow and continual chasing for comms has made for a very poor experience. Excuses were given about 'Brexit' but I've ordered other things from the EU without such delays. Due to the lateness of delivery and poor communication (when it finally came) means I wouldn't use them again.
