Alex has been so helpful and patient with my requests.
Unfortunately due to a personal emergency at home- I’ve had to put the holiday on hold for a while. But when the time comes that I am in a position to go ahead again- I will be back and will certainly ask for Alex!

Spoke with Kiara after seeing the advertisement for a Thai holiday.. she was magnificent, , tweaked the holiday to suite our needs.nothing was to much to ask !! . Really went above & beyond to help . Great service from her . 5 stars 🌟

Just booked our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia with Holiday Bay, Arya was amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we gave her a run for our money but she powered through and gave us exactly what we wanted, can’t wait to go now, Thanks Arya.!!

I have never booked a holiday with this company before ,i saw it adverised and thought i would give it a try.
A very nice man called jason tailor made my holiday for me ,nothing was to much trouble ,i judt told him what i wanted ,and hd came up with the pefect locations flight and lovely hotel for me .
