Lovely caravan but needs a couple of additional touches such as toilet roll towels t-towels etc
Spotless and very clean with everything you could want
Great that it had a hallway and decking was a lovely addition

Communication is key here my queries are always solved quickly caravans we have stayed in have been clean and fresh . I’ve already booked for next year

Great service from Andy, would use him again.
Caravan was clean, tidy and on quite part of park. Not far from beach and dog walk area, so great for use with 2 dogs.

We had a great holiday the caravan was beautiful clean and comfy , it was in a ideal position lovely sea view the camp site was great will use again

Great caravan, in. Great sport near to all the amenities. Spacious and clean will definitely book again if going to primrose valley.

We book with Holidayhpmes4hire every year in october we was back again we upgraded our holiday home this year and it was perfect Andy Mullins is amazing he always looks after us every single time Fiona and Liz

This was an excellent base for our doggy holiday for the weekend. We were very comfortable and soon made ourselves at home. Well equipped and the little touches like tea towels and loo roll were considerate. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s a great base for walking on the amazing beach. Only downside was no wifi, we were surprised as would have thought this would come as stand these days. Apart from that we would recommend.

Excellent beautiful caravan . Andy was so helpful with questions..booking experience straightforward..always kept up to date with emails. Our little break was just what we expected. Will be definitely booking again thru Andy.

Clean accommodation most of the amenities in working order few must haves not supplied

A bit of a faff to book as you have to pay then let Andrew know its been paid then registering with Haven and waiting til 4pm for the keysafe number to be emailed to you . The lodge was exactly as pictured and was lovely with a comfortable bed. I would give it 4 stars for cleanliness but nevertheless it was very well equipped and in a lovely quiet position overlooking the lake.

Andy was easy approachable as I contacted him over the key been stiff and was scared of damaging the lock/key. Maintenance team came out and resolved the issue all sorted within 24 hours. overall very happy with the caravan
