I didn’t like that it was so difficult…
I didn’t like that it was so difficult to unlock and lock the main door. Was constantly worried that the key was going to snap. The dining table and small coffee table felt sticky and dirty due to a build up of cleaning fluids. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Adequate for the money.

Fabulous holiday great caravan in superb location. Much larger than usual caravans with extras eg washing machine and clothes washer. Incredible comfortable mattresses to. Great communication and support from Andy too.

A Star stay
We had an absolutely amazing family stay here. The caravan was perfect and above standards. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed, like a home from home.

Lovely stay once again.
Lovely stay once again. On this occasion there was no mattress or pillow protectors in the twin bedroom. The bin in the kitchen had a terrible smell, which I have reported to Andy. We will definitely stay again, hasn't put us off. Thanks Andy.

The caravan smelt musty and was not…
The caravan smelt musty and was not cleaned to a good standard considering, we had it for a week, put the hoover on to give it a clean and it smelt vile, was blowing out a terrible smell off poo! The whole caravan had to be ventilated all windows and doors open for a very long time, decking and furniture was filthy, radiator in bathroom was rusted out and no extraction fan working, I will not be returning there again.

Hi Sarah, thank you for the review however none of this was mention in the conversations we had after you checked so I’m a little confused why this is mentioned now and not then? the cleaning team who manages this holiday home is on site most days so could have returned. There has also been no mention of this from other guests staying on Linkfield Court prior. There was an however an Appealing smell in the caravan after your stay and as a result Cats are now 100% banned.

Very easy to book , the static was just as advertised . Clean and perfect for us
The whole procedure from start to finish was well explained and easy. Deposit returned very quickly.

Great van, great location. We have gone with Andy before when booking a holiday and I can not fault him whatsoever. Even recommended him to family and friends. And will go with him again.
Primrose is fantastic for the family, lovely beach, nice walk into Filey town. Just beautiful
