The caravan we staying was absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The bed was so comfortable and it was spotless. The views of the sea is gorgeous. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful holiday home everything seemed new & exceptionally clean. Seaview is amazing, you can sit on the sofa & look out to sea. Waterside has improved greatly since we visited there last year... Voir plus

Ann and Alan Had a fabulous time on waterside…
Had a fabulous time on waterside caravan park in Devon. The caravan was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed except an egg cup but that was no big deal as I improvised and made one from the empty egg box lol. We spent a lot of time sitting on the decking looking at the lovely view and waving to the passengers as they went right passed the caravan on the steam railway. We also took a ride on this to Kingswear and then on the ferry across too Dartmouth which was included in the train fare. Dartmouth is a very pretty place and we had a most enjoyable day. The caravan site is quiet which suited us and there is a nice pub where we had a lovely meal. Visited Torquay and Brixham also which we very much enjoyed. Absolutely recommend this caravan and would not hesitate to book again. Also there was a lovely welcome hamper which was very much appreciated

The should be 6 egg cups in the caravan on the top shelf above the mugs - they were there when I last stayed, so I will get the house keeper to check that they haven’t been taken. Thank you for highlighting this to me.
I’m really pleased you enjoyed your stay. Waterside 105 is in such a lovely location - it perfect for sitting on the deck and watching the trains go by.

Super relaxing
We have stayed 4 times with Allan he is so easy to deal with. And for people of a certain age group he is quite happy do book you in in person over the phone. The site is very nice caravans great bus service into brixham from site no need to use your car

Glenmoor 41
Had a great week in Glenmoor 41 at South Bay. Booking was easy with excellent communication throughout the process. Accommodation was also excellent and is situated in a quiet area of the site. Brixham is a brilliant destination and we had a lovely week.
Would definitely book again in the future.
Highly recommend.

Glenmoor 48 great caravan
Glenmoor 48 great caravan, lovely and clean and layout suited us perfectly. Bit of a climb up the hill from the main reception and clubhouse but you do get used to it. Make sure you take the walk up the Sharkham point, absolutely stunning

I usually walk around the long way via D & F field if I am staying there. It’s a bit further walk, but the hill isn’t as ferocious! :-)

Thank you for your feedback. We did previously have bath mats. However, guests kept putting them in with the bed linen and it was costing us a fortune to keep replacing them every couple of weeks.
Based on your feedback though, I will certainly look into another possible solution, that is more permanent.

We have been to South bay 4 times now,Alan's caravan is perfect for us,and Alan is so helpful, the site is lovely with well tended outside spaces and rabbits which I love,we will be booking again.

Highly recommend
We stayed for a week in Foxdown 8 and it’s a lovely clean caravan on what we think is a great site.
The welcome pack is a really nice touch and the caravan has everything you could need.
The decking at the side is a lovely sunny spot and has plenty of outdoor seating.
We will be returning.
