The caravan we staying was absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The bed was so comfortable and it was spotless. The views of the sea is gorgeous. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful holiday home everything seemed new & exceptionally clean. Seaview is amazing, you can sit on the sofa & look out to sea. Waterside has improved greatly since we visited there last year... Voir plus

We LOVED the view from the caravan 105
We LOVED the view from the caravan 105, Hamper always welcomed, but we found the beds so comfy hard to get up. We missed un-suite in the main bedroom, but the neighbours very friendly and welcoming. I recommend the pool and spa bath.

Caravan was in a lovely location with…
Caravan was in a lovely location with brilliant sea view .
All information sent was clear and easy to follow .
Caravan very clean and in very good order .
Unexpected , but very lovely , hamper on arrival (not had one of these in a caravan before ) .
Only downside was parking as there is not a designated parking spot and if you have mobility issues this could be a problem when the park is busy . Otherwise would fully recommend this caravan for comfort , amenities , sea view and steam trains !

I totally agree with your comments on a dedicated parking space. However, unfortunately due the the layout of the park and the number of properties, it's not possible.
I have been staying at waterside myself for a number of years, and I have always managed to find a space close to the caravan (within about 20-30mts). I walk with a stick, so can totally understand this potentially could be an issue, however it's not one that I have encountered to date.
I hope that I get the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

We have returned 3 times to brixham in…
We have returned 3 times to brixham in one of Allan's Caravans,and on each occasion we have been pleased,the caravan is clean, homely, and everything you need is there and more, Allan provides a starter hamper on arrival with Tea,Sugar,Coffee,Milk,Cereal,Biscuits etc.
You will not be disappointed if you book with Allan if you have any issues Allan gets back ASAP.

Lovely winter break.
Caravan was clean and tidy especially liked the welcome pack with holiday essentials. Caravan had everything we needed for comfortable stay. Location fine for us away from main clubhouse. Laundrette on site which was welcome to us. Short drive to town centre.

We had a two week break caravan was lovely very welcoming enjoyed the welcome pack weather was great too nothing was too much trouble. Used the club room too very entertaining. Would recommend

Who was very efficient and nice to deal with
The park is lovely and peaceful and very well maintained

Lovely spacious accommodation
Everything described on the website was accurate and the caravan was lovely, spacious & very clean. Could not fault it at all and I liked that regular bus came to the holiday park to get straight to Brixham. Allan was very helpful and could contact him if any problems which there was not. I also loved the welcome hamper which was so nice.
Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Brixham. Thank you very much Allan.

Caravan looked ok on first entering but…
Caravan looked ok on first entering but was found to be dated, tired, smelt fusty and damp and the linoleum floor which covered the living room and kitchen area was very dirty. The duvet on the double bed consisted of inconsistent filling and all the louvre blinds are full of dust. The problems we encountered were not with the service provided which was first class but with the condition of the caravan itself. The cleaning staff need to have a good look at themselves if this is the level of cleaning they provide.

This review is the first I am hearing about any issues you had with the property - is there a reason that you didn’t contact me to express your concerns when you arrived, as we did communicate via text during your stay?
If you had contacted me, I would have come to inspect the property myself, as cleanliness is something that we pride ourselves on, and from the many reviews on here, you will see that this isn’t a problem for us.
Bearsdown 10 is one of our older properties and this information is clear on our listings - there are photos and details of the property and we offer properties to suit different budgets.
Did you take any photographs of the issues mentioned, so that I can look into this further?

The Caravan is one of the best I have stayed in, very clean, parking next to the van and large decking area. It was in a nice quiet area of the site. Lovely welcome hamper. Allan's customer service is excellent.

Lovely caravan
This was our second stay in Glenmoor 44. The caravan is in a lovely quiet spot on the site but is still only a few minutes walk from the amenities. We had a lovely week . The welcome hamper is a really nice touch. We would love to come back again in the future.
