Pretty, soft bedding, nicely packaged, too soon to assess how it will wear
The bedding itself is very pretty and the cotton fabric seems of a good quality, very soft and nice to touch. I chose the “coral garden” design and it exactly suits the decor of my bedroom so I am pleased with it. Everyone who has seen it exclaims over how lovely the soft but bright colours are and love the little fish in the design. I like the zipper detail on the duvet cover and the piped edges on the pillowcases. It came in fancy packaging including a useable cotton tote and a pretty ribbon. This made unwrapping it a pleasant, high quality experience. My particular purchase was in the sale and I was happy to get such high end bedding at the price. It isn’t the most expensive bedding I’ve ever bought but it is definitely amongst the nicest and if it lasts it will be a favourite. Four stars rather than five, because I have literally only just received my bedding, washed and dried it and put it on. I cannot say whether it will stand the test of time. I wish firms would send out their feedback requests after a few months instead of immediately.

I was asked by DHL to pay import duty…
I was asked by DHL to pay import duty on the bedding once it entered the UK, Holsper after first saying that they would refund the paid import duty then asked me to sort it out myself.
I am now in the process of dealing with HMRC trying to get a refund.

I ordered 2 bed sets (duvet and pillowcases) for a king size bed. They are lovely. I would have liked to have ordered the coordinating fitted sheets but unfortunately they are not deep enough. My mattress is 31cm deep. Holsper should consider making deeper sheets available.

White / yellowish bedding
I ordered white bedding but when it arrived it was yellow so I washed it 30 degrees as label said and it went patchy so I had to wash it again 40 degrees to get it white not a good start to an expensive bedding

Our bedding is made from high-quality Egyptian cotton, which is known for its softness and durability. However, since it’s a natural fiber, it requires gentle care to maintain its original quality.
We always recommend washing at 30 degrees, as higher temperatures can cause color fading or fabric weakening over time. While Egyptian cotton can become softer with each wash, exposing it to higher heat may alter its appearance, especially in lighter shades.
Regarding the yellow discoloration you mentioned, we're not sure where that might have come from, but our team would be happy to help identify the cause and find a suitable solution for you. Please reach out to us, and we can assist in determining the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

Not exactly what I expected.
Sorry for the delay in replying. I've only just opened my parcel. The blanket is not exactly what I expected. It's a lightweight 'blanket' which is very pretty and matches the original bedding I bought 3 years ago. I thought I would be able to use this blanket as a substitute for the duvet in the summer months, but I don't think it will be sufficient.
Overall, its a lovely blanket but it is not as versatile as I would have liked. Due to its limited use for me, the price didn't match its versatility.

This bedding is so beautiful
This bedding is so beautiful. I have been looking at the website for some time & finally decided to take the plunge. It is so, snug and very luxurious. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was I realised, when tracking the package, that it was sent from China. I do try & be responsible with my carbon footprint & so this was disappointing. However, I understand this is probably done to keep the cost down. As bedding goes, though, it is wonderful and would highly recommend.

Lovely quality bedding
Lovely quality bedding, beautifully wrapped & packaged.
I wasn't 100% happy with the most recent order (Purple Flowers) as i thought there was a printing/colour error i emailed Holsper and they assured me it wasn't a printing error it was down to lighting, as the one on their website looked different to mine in a certain area of the quilt cover.
Good customer service and responses from the emails i sent.
Can't fault them at all.
