There needs to be faster response time and additional ways to get in contact with the people assigned to our property especially in urgent scheduling matters such as city mandated inspections, etc.
Additionally, we had to step in and communicate directly with the listing agent showing the property to secure a tenant due to the lack of response and lack of common sense exercised by the Home365 staff. The Home365 staff were generally three steps behind during the leasing process.
Overall, we are not happy with the “management” of our property as we have had to take multiple matters and issues into our own hands. The staff seem slow and incompetent. At times completely disregarding what we asked them to do including waiting to take photos of the property until it was cleaned. They went and took photos anyway and still billed us for the photos of the property despite the photos looking dirty.
Absent improvement we will not renew our management agreement.

Home365's team (Simone, Idaly, Sonnay, ...) showed terrific follow through and support reviewing tenant applications and approvals. Regular biweekly chats and an online Home365.co dashboard allowed for consistent and timely chats.
I've had an excellent experience with Idaly Moriel, my Home365 leasing specialist. She made the rental process very smooth, from start to finish, replied to every question promptly and explained everything clearly. The remote move-in session with her was incredibly educational. I am grateful for her professionalism and for the 5 star service I received throughout my dealings with her.

Angela A. was very helpful and kind. She responded to my request the following day after I submitted a request online. I truly missed the hands on and person to person assistance that United Metro provided. However, Angela made up for the difference that Home365 lack. She referred me to Brie S for the remainder of my concerns and I look forward to her call. Thank you Angela!!
I strongly caution anyone considering Home 365 based on my experience. My family has been charged what we believe to be improper and unsupported fees, many labeled as HOA fines that we fully dispute. The account ledger provided to us contains multiple inaccuracies, and despite raising concerns, these issues have not been resolved.
As tenants in Arizona, we are entitled to clear, accurate accounting and adherence to the lease agreement, and in our situation, we feel those standards have not been met. The lack of transparency and accountability has caused significant stress and financial strain for our family.
I recommend that anyone working with Home 365 carefully review their ledger, document all communications, and understand their rights under the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act before proceeding.

Angela is so professional, caring and empathetic to whatever my needs have been with this company. .As a management company, they have been amazing!! You never have to wait for repairs to be done or replacements of anything.They are johnny on the spot!

As a rental property owner for over 30 years, I have had poor tenants but good management, good tenants and poor managers.
