There was a problem with my delivery…
There was a problem with my delivery which was not the fault of home and cleaning but everi when I contacted home and cleaning and explained the problem they solved it immediately and re delivered my order with another company on next day. I would recommend this company to anyone there customer service is second to none.

Wrong product delivered in an open envelope
I ordered one product but received a different product. It was delivered in a filthy, open envelope, by some miracle the product was still inside. Sent email, including photos. Have also tried calling them. Managed to speak to someone in a non-customer service department who said she'd leave them a message. A week after I sent the email there's still absolute silence from them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
