Made my first order with home & cleaning. Products prices are pretty good.
Delivery was quick & customer service was really good too.
I don’t really do many reviews but I had to with the service I received.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever ordered from in years, they sell you your order and forget about you. They don’t answer your emails and wait until you claim through PayPal to get your money back.

Order d 28/ 8 everything good. Evri showed it in their depot for over a week. I chased. Parcel lost. I sent screenshot of Evri feedback on 9/9 and have heard nothing. Please either refund or send again with different courier

Product purchased highly corrosive but no warning on packaging

More than 4 weeks after purchase and no goods received! Emailed 5 times, no response, now having to try and get my money back from my card issuer

Home and Cleaning had the best prices for the products I wanted. When the order was placed I noted some poor reviews and was a bit concerned. No need. The order was delivered very quickly and even included some extra product. (was meant to have 7.5 litres and received 10 litres).

Item arrived and was leaking. Sent an email to tell them just over 3 weeks ago, chased, got 1 reply asking for pictures (that were included with the initial email) then nothing.

Waste of money as I didn't have enough of the product left to finish the job so bought an alternative elsewhere. Won't be using them again.

Easy to order. As I was going out on delivery day I left a place for the delivery man to leave the parcel and he did as I asked. What I liked was that he took the note I had left and put it through the letter box so others couldn’t see it. Many thanks.

This company's a joke. Made my order via ebay on the 24th of April Was told the order was 'dispatched' the following day. What utter codswallop that was. 2 days ago I put a request through ebay saying that I had not received my item. Seller has not even replied to the request. After going to the company and putting my trust with the hope that some of these negative reviews are untrue, unfortunately I was wrong. I bought the items as I needed it urgently, I just don't understand how you can update ebay to say it is dispatched and not even send the item? Also the tracking number provided is not genuine.
