After a conversation with the main man they rectified the problem straight away free of charge even though it wasn’t really their fault and the operative who they sent was excellent

The cameras we was told would be able…
The cameras we was told would be able to zoom in and see reg plates on cars, sadly can not without pixilating, had probs with cameras and sensors and only now almost a year on are they getting sorted.
Edited: As now had a new member of staff come out and sort cameras (and alarm sensors, that batts was dead) So far spot on.
When you phone with any problems they do listen, and setup a date for a member of staff to attend, Only thing i would add if your looking at getting this system, Go for the best cameras.

Amazing after few years still there when you need them.
We was having jobs done out back and need to take our camera down for a while.
We’ve had them in for a couple of years but I had to ring to get to know how to get to screws that held them to the wall.
We had already tried lol.
They were absolutely great sent us a video if exactly what too do.
We was doing it right it was just we had to put more pressure on.
Thanks again for your help.

Absolutely fantastic company. I started off with 2 cameras and now have a 3rd. I couldn't be happier with the after sales service too. Always keen to help with any query and the install engineers are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!! without a second thought!! well done Homecctv team x

Limited aftersales support or contact.
Issues experienced have now been resolved. But had a CCTV & Camera Install undertaken on Monday 4th December 2023, unfortunately i experienced a poor installation, wonky white door contacts on a brown door, CCTV camera's installed at a height i struggle to maintain, as night light attracts spiders for moths etc. Once completed, no customer support just a monthly maintenance fee, with little or no contact. They have now tried to contact to remediate, however i am constantly busy or out of the country, so this hasnt been rectified as yet.

Hi John, Sorry to hear you were not happy with parts of the original install, we normally don't contact customers after every install as we expect everything to be perfect and we normally check everything is correct before we leave on the day of install. However we are always available if you needed to discuss any problems or need assistance. Your system was installed over 2 years ago so we are surprised to be finding out now there was an issue. We had spoke to you a few weeks ago to discuss and to arrange to come back to resolve any issues you might have and you even enquired about adding another camera however since then we cannot seem to get hold of you? We have called many, many times but you have still not got back to us? So when your ready let us know and we would be more than happy to come out and see you to discuss what needed rectifying and of course the extra camera.

Awesome service
This company do what they promise to do. Had the Cctv system for several years now and only needed support once which was dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend this business for any Cctv or alarm requirements.

Problem solved in minutes
We had our cctv installed a year ago, However we have changed our broadband provider and couldn't access it on our phones even though it was still on the tv, I contacted home CCTV about this and they got back to me within 5 minutes to tell me what to do, I received a video on what I needed to do and it was resolved within 10 mins. They have been absolutely amazing through and through. Would highly recommend them 😀
