Ordered 10 days ago for a birthday present, still not here with no indication as to when it may do so I now need to go out and buy something else. This is a Chinese based company masquerading as a UK one. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Do not order from this company. Faulty product received. They wanted a video to prove the fault which I sent but was told to send another. I refused and asked for a refund. Was told they would only provide a refund if I returned the item at my cost!! It's faulty so they should be going out of their way to resolve the problem but they are not interested once they've got your money

Ordered the glow bird, really poor quality. Cheap plastic.
They offer full returns, with cost of delivery, but they are based in China with no UK address so to do a return is extremely expensive.

Bought a mini seed shredder. Thought I was buying from UK but it came from Hong Kong. Arrived broken after all the waiting. What an absolute crock!

This is a Chinese based company and the product you get isn’t the same as the picture! I ordered a white ice box and the one I got was cream. It’s poor quality and one part fell apart straight away. I contacted their customer support to return it and was told I’d have to pay return postage to china and that even though it was cream it was the correct product. The pictures in their website are photoshopped! Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the mopmaster. They sent it to a wrong address and showed photo of wrong door and said delivered. I sent photos of my flat, the correct street and my door. I gave clear evidence and said they should check on google streetview. They have not bothered to reply to my complaint and lots of photos. I have wated £19.99. They are a rude and rubbish company. I feel angry and afraid, they seem dishonest and sloppy.

Delivered last week left in the bag in kitchen didn't rush to use cause thought they won't clean .so tried today Sunday morning hey presto
Sprinkley clean and no streaks like you say.i was very skeptical.
But was amazed 👏

Complete Scam

Chinese company unlawfully trading in the UK and ignoring all consumer protection regulations. It has been reported and I hope will be closed down shortly.

Items are drop shipped from China - i chose the standard delivery then got tracking saying it would take up to 21 days as was being sent from China. Customer service is just automated live chat. I would avoid and just go direct to the supplier in future as this is just cheap items.

Ordered 2 mops what arrived were just mop heads totally useless they were advertised with a pole and pull down contraption to remove excess water utterly rubbish. They are saying I ordered 2 replacement mops which I assumed were mops not mop heads I ordered from UK and have a UK return address but they say I must send back to China total scam order number #HF100132

Product exactly as described. Bought for a wardrobe that has no light and now can see what colour of clothes to pick. Easy to set up and kept informed of delivery throughout.

This is another Chinese website scam. You buy an item and if you want to return they request to send it back to China at your own cost. The item cost £16, so wonder how much would the return be ?! I bought it in the UK and that’s where I would like to return. Sick of these Chinese websites.

Ordered mopster.utter rubbish. Photo of advert shows totally different mophead.mine is wool. Who on earth washes their floor with a wool mop??? Customer service next to useless and pretty rude. Replacement mop wasn't included although paid for. . The 4th response was
" We have offered you a refund or replacement for the missing replacement mop.
Kindly confirm your preference.
About the mopster, we don't have an option to refund this item since you received it.
Says it all. And length of time on delivery suggested ASIAN company. Reported to PayPal and trading standards

Would not recommend. Although delivery was within the time frame, I received a notification of 3 delivery slots and finally received on the fourth time slot. I contacted Homefave for clarification and received an automatic response that did not answer my query. When the fan finally arrived, for me, it is not fit for purpose. A waste of my time and money.

I only gave this company one star as you do not give the opportunity to award no stars. I bought the revolving car seat cushion. Do not get taken in by this scam, the product simply does not work. The first clue you get as to the fact it will not work is when it arrives rolled up, not flat.

Still waiting for the item that never arrived.
