BOUGHT SOME GARDEN LIGHTS ONLY 2 OF THEM FOR 40 POUNDS AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE DINTED SO I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL AFTER SENDING THEM PHOTOS AND EMAILS IM STILL WAITING A MONTH ON AND NOW THEY HAVE ASKED ME FOR FURTHER PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE SO IVE JUST TAKEN THE SAME PICTURES AGAIN AND EMAILED THEM OVER THEY ARE APPAULING

Agree with all the comments below. Despite the “UK” in the name - this is not a UK based company. Although my order arrived (fortunate if you read some of the comments) and took a couple of weeks, the product quality was nowhere worth the price paid. It has now stopped working altogether after a couple of weeks. I normally check reviews before ordering from any company, especially advertised through social media. So my advice is avoid - you’ll probably see the same thing on Temu for a tenth of the price.

Bought the Glowmoo for a friend that loves highland coo’s the item received was plastic rubbish DO NOT BUY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, Chinese scam website that to get a refund you must send to China!!! At your expense, absolute scam……

Bought the highland cow lamp which bears very little resemblance to the one on the advert. Cheap and nasty crap quality. A total rip off

I purchased an ice bucket the diagram led to believe ice made plop down into draw this isn’t the case won’t purchase again

I ordered my items few weeks ago and still not got it. Everytime I ask or email they ask details then never reply. It says UK company yet tracking shows item left a country by plane. Im gutted that I ordered this item as its taking too long to arrive when told it wouldnt. Unprofessional company that never answers I'd avoid it at all costs

Awful customer service, their delivery is delayed as products coming from China. Ordered a mop and the quality is cheap plastic and is not useable. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT SHOP with this company. Their customer service is appalling and they will make you do the work if something goes wrong! Took my money and I never got the order.
They basically don't care either way because they aren't even a real shop - just a 'dropshipping intermediary'. "They list products on their site, but do not hold inventory; when a customer orders, HomeFaves passes the order to a third-party supplier (often in China) who ships directly to the buyer"

I ordered a valentine card well in advance of the required date, it didn’t arrive in time and thus far has still not arrived despite several assurances from the company that it will arrive. The tracking system has not worked. Despite several requests for a refund as clearly it’s of no use now that Valentine’s Day has passed this company has constantly fobbed me off with false promises. No doubt once it arrives I will be expected to return it via some expensive service suggesting that it would not be worthwhile me taking that option. I wish not be dealing with this company again and I suggest that you don’t either. The promises were false and could well have ruined the moment on a special occasion. Now I have the problem of trying to get a refund.
Don’t use these conmen.

Valentines card ordered 1 month prior to valentines day, they apologised twice for delays and then found it weird I wanted to cancel it when I found it will be delivered after the date. Don't recommend if any form of urgency and as for quality will let you know if/when it turns up.

Received what I ordered 1 month after ordering and because I reminded them. Ordered something on December 6th. Apparently they waited until Dec 16th to ship it. Wrote them an email on Boxing day, miraculously when I contacted them, I then received a shipping update email that the item had been sent. This company makes you believe they’re in the UK with UK prices etc. But they’re in China and super slow, super misleading

WARNING! DON'T USE THEM!Having checked that Homefaves had a UK address and the promise of delivery in 7-10 working days, i ordered 4 Christmas related gifts to send to my Grandchildren via the post. In short, my delivery took 21 days to arrive with little or no tracking and very little help from the "support team!"
I Asked to return the items for a refund and was told to send the package back to China at a cost of over £30 to myself! NEVER AGAIN!

SCAM Item never should up, they lied to klarna saying it did in a process i was never involved in this communication and i have never seen this evidence. Now i have to pay ...i have no item no refund...very bad communication at all times...dont waste your time, money or nerves...

Scammers ordered an xmas gift I have still not received it. Their customer service us terrible and their tracking us very very poor. Trying to get a refund with no joy. Sent over 7 emails. DISGUSTED

The product I bought a SnowDome came incomplete and without instructions how it should be made. I was instructed by them to go to an internet sight I will not for the instructions. I was very disappointed with the product and also with the response I got from Homefaves.

2 of 3 rechargeable PIR LED lamps I purchased were faulty and it took nearly a month of emails and sending of videos to convince them there was a problem. They made the whole experience very stressful. I won’t be buying anything from them again, nor any other Chinese company without a U.K. address.

I ordered thirsty bee cups that looked very pretty with lovely colours for a friends Xmas gift. I brought 3 unfortunately.
Took a while to come and when it arrived it was plastic rubbish and not like the picture at all.
No porthole for return, this has to be requested by email. They do not reply.
They are based in China. Please don’t use them. I’m so angry.

Very poor service. Slow delivery and “customer service” was terse and unhelpful. I regret having ordered from them.

I seriously wouldn’t bother ordering unless you can wait three weeks if not more as still not received for your item, when asked for a refundr refused

Still no sign of it being delivered would definitely not recommend. This company buys from china or jingling and doesn’t have stock UK based so the wait can be over a month
Don’t waste your time

**WARNING**
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S IN CHINA NOT THE UK !!! as web page and prices would suggest! I ordered a pink blanket that took a long time to arrive and I had to chase it. When it arrived the colour was nothing like the photo, it was much darker and looked like it had been washed with black clothing. It actually looks filthy. On applying to return it there is NO RETURNS portal on the website. You have to send emails to get that authorisation. I was horrified to see that you HAVE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO CHINA and they insist it's tracked which is very expensive, god knows how you'd cope with that being a furniture item?! Presumably a CON to get you to keep the items for a discount! AVOID ordering unless you want to deal with CHINA and wasting your money. I'm now contacting trading standards as this page illegally fails to advise customers they are buying and returning to China, under UK consumer laws a website must make this clear. It mentions nothing on their site!
