DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a reclining couch. It was missing an adapter. Only one side worked. Because we didn't realize for two days it they won't come back and fix it or take it back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We just want someone to come fix it and they won't send anyone. Will just send the piece and instructions. The couch is heavy. They don't care. We even bought a $250 warranty and they said it doesn't help.

Mae saved the order!

Mae T. a terrific phone rep, she saved the order after website disaster! Couldn’t order because website wouldn’t accept. Mae did all the hard work pleasantly and I was able to order my display case. Thank you Mae!!!!! 😀

Don’t trust this company!

I placed an order with Home Gallery stores. When I submitted the order, I was told the product would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Later, I got an email saying mine would ship in 10 weeks. Then a couple weeks later, I received an email saying my item would ship in six months. I called the company, and they confirmed my ship date for 6 months later. I canceled my order at that time. I spent hours looking for an alternate piece of furniture. I placed an order with a different company. An hour later, I received an email from Home Gallery that my item had shipped. When I explained that I had canceled my order based on the communication I had received from them, they charged me a restocking fee of several hundred dollars. They told me I could not cancel an order that had already shipped. The order had actually shipped five days prior to them sending me an email saying it was six months out. They told me that that ended up being an error, even though they confirmed that date when I called them. Now they are holding me responsible for paying a restocking fee for an item they told me wouldn’t be shipped for six months. I definitely would not trust this company, and I would not order another thing from them.

I wish there were zero stars to give.
I ordered a leather reclining sofa in 7/22. It worked for about 3 weeks. Then one of the electric motors broke. They told me they would grant a $100 "allowance" to have it fixed. It cost $400. Then the other electric motor broke. And then it broke for a third time. Clearly, I have a defective sofa. I have never received any compensation for my repair bills.

Their most recent offer is to replace the sofa, but I have to pay shipping ($500) and they will not take away the broken sofa!

So my sofa has only worked for three weeks, I've spent $800 in repairs, for which I have not been reimbursed. And now they want me to pay to have a new sofa shipped and pay to have the broken sofa removed! What a nightmare!
