We bought this sofa from Debenhams, it was delivered in 2 parcels the 2nd box arrived a week after the first.

When we out it together there was tips in the fabric & the 2 seat sections were not level with eachother. So workmanship is poor.
The back rest was so flimsy one hard bang or sitting down quickly & the sofa is fine for.

The overall appearance of the sofa is "waiting room furniture for a company who don't want you there".

Sofa was sent back.
Refund was given.

Where do I start..... I didn't receive any email confirmation of order but luckily I took a screenshot showing all of my details. Order was promised for '10th August'. On 17th I emailed asking for an update. A week passed with no response so over the course of the week after I chased twice via email, attempted to call 3 times and submitted online contact enquiry- all was ignored. By 27th Aug I emailed and advised that unless I received an update by CoB that day I would be cancelling my order. Suddenly I received a reply to advise my order had been shipped expected within 5-7 days- someone would be in contact to confirm but to contact them if no confirmation within 3 days. On day 5 I chased.... no response. My order suddenly arrived at 11am on a Sunday morning as I was heading out of the door to go out!
I had ordered 2 chests of drawers- both boxes were in bad shape with one completely covered in duct tape with a previous delivery label covered up! Due to the time they were delivered without warning I had no time to properly check these and one realised later that day.
When I opened one of the boxes the furniture was extremely damaged on multiple parts.
Within 24 hours we took pictures and my partner emailed to reject delivery and request full refund. We waited 48 hours to receive a response to simply confirm collection has been arranged for the next day- luckily I was home on this day.
96 hours passed and still no comment on refund- i then chased and advised them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act and threatened commencing a chargeback claim. Only then did I get a confirmation that my refund had been processed- they even had the cheek to claim they only processed this when they had received confirmation that their damaged and clearly second-hand and previously returned goods had been collected!! (Which is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act)
In short- AVOID at all costs- clearly a cowboy outfit not fit to be trading. They have zero understanding of customer service or an ability to respond to emails. The phone number online rings out or is randomly forwarded to a mobile number which is simply ignored. DO NOT TRUST IN A MILLION YEARS- you will live to regret it.
(And no, stupidly I didnt think to check reviews before I ordered- I wish I had now!!)

Sehr unfreundlich schon beim betreten des Geschäfts mit mehreren Einkaufstaschen und Hund 🐕 bei einem schönen Shopping Tag durch Westerland mit guter Laune, wird man sofort aus dem Laden verwiesen. Ich komme mehr als 25 Jahren nach Westerland und auf die Insel Sylt. Eine absolute 🐕 Hundeinsel. Hier sind Hunde willkommen. Doch hier nicht.
Hier wird man sofort heraus komplettiert und möchte das auch noch begründen. Das muss man sich leisten können in der heutigen wirtschaftlichen Situation. Der Leerstand von Ladenlokalen und ständiger Wechsel von Läden und Schließungen ist gerade in der Strandstrasse und Elisabethstrasse in Westerland angekommen. Eine geschäftliche außerordentlich Dumme Entscheidung so vor zu gehen. Hiermit schließt man direkt 25 - 30 % der Touristen und Einheimischen aus die Hundebesitzer sind. Ich hoffe das alle Hundebesitzer diesen Laden meiden werden. Ich werde solange ich hier auf der Insel laufen kann keinen Fuß mehr reinsetzen. Ich bin hier Zweitwohnungsbesitzer und immer sehr lauffreudig richte meine Wohnung hier und in NRW gerne mit Accessoires von Sylt ein und liebe es einzukaufen. Schade nie wieder in diesem unfreundlichen Laden der Hunde 🐕 nicht willkommen heißt und somit auch nicht Ihre Menschen . Ich wünsche Ihnen schlechte Umsätze für die Zukunft und freue mich wenn Sie schließen müssen .

Non ho ancora ricevuto quanto ordinato nonostante dal tracking di spedizione risulti consegnato.
Il customer service risponde alle mail saltuariamente promettendo rimborsi o reinvio del prodotto, ma nulla di concreto.

Purchased two items they sent it to the wrong Wrong address other side of the country!
Tried ringing the store several times, but they kept telling me I had to speak to online team. Eventually they came back to me and told me I had to wait for the items to be returned before they will give me a refund..
This is totally unacceptable. It’s not my fault They sent it to the wrong person!
Called the number again and I’ll speak to a manager, spoke to some very rude man telling me to stop calling and he can’t help me !
Shocking experience.

Just received a mirror, packaged well but frame cracked down one side. Called to see what to do and was told manager on lunch and to call back! Not impressed.

1 Stern ist sogar zu viel für diesen Geschäft !!! Bestellte Wanduhr defekt!!! Retoure angefordert nie eine Antwort bekommen!!!! Auf keine Mail geantwortet!!! Auf keinen Fall was kaufen, wenn Sie Rückfragen zur Ihre Lieferung hätten werden sie nie eine Antwort erhalten!!! Unverschämt !!!

I bought a coffee table and a side table.After one week I received the side table but not a coffee table. I was waiting for 3-4 days and then I send them email to ask we’re is my coffee table. They never responded.After several emails finally responded and the told me my delivery is coming.From the 23rd September I place my order to today 10th October I received another side table!Very disappointed very frustrated I send another email because they don’t even have a phone number to call.

Do not buy this coffee mug, it is not 3D, mine arrived and it looks like a child made it. Oh how I wish I could post a photo of this mug, it is disgraceful. I have NSW Fair Trading Involved and my bank. They want me to return this mug to Macedonia, yes correct Macedonia for about $50 by sea which means they receive it after the time limit cut off for return. BUYER BEWARE-STAY CLEAR, VERY CLEAR.

Purchased these great set of drawers. Item arrived on time. Homeliving customer services were amazing and kept me up to date. Very happy with this purchase and will be purchasing the matching large drawers soon. Thank you.

Excellent service as usual. I bought three more modern black framed outdoor rectangular mirrors- they look fantastic in the garden and cost less than £100 each for a mirror approx 150cm by 60cm. That’s a really great price and they are really good quality.

after leaving a review here yesterday around not being able to get the company to send me details of how to retrun an item ,despite sending3 more emails today,just getting ignored

Ordered mirror, took payment from credit card. Didn’t get an order number or confirmation email, rang the number but it’s just an answering service. Was twice promised a call back but never received, email went unanswered. Now having to do a charge back from credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel für diese Firma, wir haben ein Tisch bestellt der nach drei Wochen schon die Farbe verloren hat und darauf hin habe ich es zurück geschickt und war alles gut Spedition hat alles als einwandfrei aufgeschrieben alles aber komischerweise schickte die Firma mir Dan Bilder zu das der Tisch sehr große Macken hatte und es kaputt sei. Bis es bei dene ankam war alles super und bei denen dann auf einmal kaputt. Lasst die Finger weg von dene die wollen das ich die volle Summe zahle für nichts und in meinem
Umfeld sind auch viele unzufrieden.

Overall a good experience. The furniture is excellent quality and did arrive within the 10-14 days timeline after requesting it to be expedited as we were going away. I did find communication a little difficult.

I will order more from this company, everyone love the console table in my hall way.

After much searching we found exactly what we were looking for at Home Living. One can never be too sure of the quality of good online but I read other reviews and took a chance. I am so pleased I did. The table is fabulous quality and it was at a great price. Home living kept us up to date in delivery which was very quick with the delivery guys ringing us an hour before arrival. Very impressed and I would strongly recommend using Home Living to others.

Ordered a TV unit on a 10 to 14 working days delivery, and within 7 days it was dispatched, very pleased with the delivery. We were provided tracking and on the day before given a 3 hour slot, then on the day received notification when 1 hour away and then when next delivery.

Really pleased with the tv unit, good quality, as described and shown on the website.

Only found this company as we were looking for a specific tv unit from Quirky Barn and found Home Living through google search, very pleased we found this company and would definitely buy from them again.
