Bought a shoe cabinet in January and never received the item. Had to file a dispute with bank to get my money back. Do not think this website is legit, would avoid at all costs.

It’s been over 3 months and still waiting on my refund, no wonder this company does not have a customer service number. I should’ve read reviews on this company before ordering. Would not advise anyone purchasing from this company.

If I could have given a lower rating I would have! Absolute WORST business I’ve ever dealt with! Terrible customer service, stated it would take 1-3 business days to post my order, it took 18 business days and having to send quite a few emails to get them to actually post it. There’s no FAQ on their website, the contact number doesn’t work and upon further investigation they have ALOT of other bad reviews on their social media pages. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Absolutely terrible experience..
No communication, horrendous wait times for delivery … Toping it off is having to chase up your refund over and over again!
Would never use them again and recommend others to do the same.

I haven’t got my products I ordered in December and you haven’t refunded my money

Poor customer service and do not deliver goods.

Goods never received, no feedback and could not contact company. Had to raise a dispute through payment network.

I made an order in early January 2023 and waited 3 weeks before I was promised the goods would arrive the next week. Goods did not arrive so I requested for a refund. It is now 21st March and I have been promised a refund several times in writing and that it would be fast tracked the next day and still nothing has happened. Do not buy from this company , totally a scam!!!

Worst experience with a shop ever! 6 weeks and product wasn’t even sent. Lack of communication as overseas call centre, no working local phone. Had to fight for another 3 weeks to get a refund!

Took me 3 months and a lot of trying to contact customer support to receive the item I paid for. It was stated delivery would be maximum 14 days. This delay cost me alot more then the item was worth.

I never received the goods. So do not monk me. If you are genuine send me back my money or the goods

Horrible service. My order never even shipped. Waited 2 months for the order… constantly had to follow up for a refund. Stay away from these people… nothing but trouble.

Never arrived and refund never came through been about six months sure you are an online scam

Disgusting customer service. I ordered an item beginning of December and although chased up where my order was I was assured it would get sent. Since then I waited patiently until I decided to source item elsewhere. I asked for a refund Jan 23 and still waiting for my money to be returned to me. I email and I just keep getting replies assuring me it will happen.

Scam. After 6 weeks and numerous promises our order has not arrived. Have asked bank to refund credit card. Do not purchase from this business.

We still haven't receive the product. ordered this in December 2022.
